综合评分和评论 ARK Hotel-Chang'an Fuxing

总体来说还不错。但是价格有点高，因为我觉得有些该有的东西却没有，比如酒店价格的吹风机和棉签。如果这个价格和泰国比的话，那是一个完整的套餐。

The room are small and do not have wardrobe. No options for breakfast. Quantity of breakfast is very less. The pantry staff are not friendly and don't give a smile at all. The building is shared by two hotel groups. I stayed at Beauty hotel earlier and it is far better than Ark Hotel in terms of food, room and services. Location is quite good as it is located near MRT station.

We stayed at ark hotel for 4 nights. At the first night my husband get bitten by insects(guess it was from the bed) and both of his legs as well as hands are so itchy(have lots of red dots), so asked the staff to move to another room. The staff was friendly and helpful.. For location itself, it need 10-15 mins walk from the mrt station, however the hotel’s location is in front of bus stop. Th hotel also has Laundry machine but unfortunately we have just realized it at our last day. On the other hand, I’m wondering why it provide Jav movie at the TV, so guest with children should be awared of this. As a conclusion, I think they should pay more attention on the beds due to guests are come and goes.

Good hotel, good staff, good location

The electricity got cut off in the middle of our stay. We were not notified in advance, only after we checked in. Staff said they emailed but for some reason, we did not receive it. Overall stay was good. Pretty well located. Mattress and pillows were of good quality. If only the rooms were sound proof. Hope ark will improve on that as the noise was kind of disturbing due to thin walls.
