It’a a beautiful property and in an excellent location but watch out for the resort fees at the end!! Our one night stay ended up costing over $700.00 when we checked out. Our only charge added to the room was a very modest lunch of a salad and bowl of soup. We were very disappointed to have such a hidden cost.

Very friendly staff

We just returned from a week stay at hotel and everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet, hotel resraurants and room service all provided good food choices. Hotel staff assisted with tours and airport transfers. Bus stop and water taxi are steps away from hotel.

Beautiful property. Felt luxurious and relaxing. Staff all was great. Both indoor and outdoor pools were much too cold to swim. Great spa facilities. Small beach

The property was very clean breathtaking views . Highly recommend.

Lovely place. The facilites are very elegant and accessible. Attractive pool area with access to a gorgeous beach. The indoor pool also very nice and warmer. I believe without exception each member of the staff, reception, concierge, maid, waiters were very polite and willing to be helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice location and amenities

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. The staff were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was lovely, overlooking the sea. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We took the local bus into Dubrovnik and a water taxi back. Some great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful meal at the La Norma restaurant, a 15 minute walk away along the coast. Happy to return to this hotel.

This facility in not in Dubrovnik. It is in a nearby town. Uber approx 30€ one way

Enjoyed the stay with our 4 month old at this modern, well equipped hotel.

I am used to having a mini bar , this hotel has an empty refrigerator and no snacks

Lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. The staff were all very helpful & spoke good English. We arrived early due to our flight times & had to wait a long time for a room to be ready unfortunately. We were allowed to use the facilities whilst we waited though. Our room was lovely & spacious with both a bath tub & separate shower cubicle. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a wide variety of choices. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing though, however its end of April so maybe it gets warmer as the weather gets better.
