Location - It's quite inconvenience for going to hotel because you have to walk up hill (lobby is 4th floor) and a bit far from center. Room - it's a small room which old and dirty. there is a lot of dust in my room. All appliance look old and I feel not comfortable. Service - Hotel staff cannot speak English at all so it's very hard when you wanna get some information or require something. Breakfast - there are various food but not delicious for me Onsen outdoor and indoor - Moderately Price - so expensive when compare with everything I got from hotel I will not recommend this hotel for you because I think Onsen at Kusatsu quite have good quality but I don't impress because of this hotel and if the hotel you stay is better than this it will make you like this place more
