Brandon House is a spa resort property. Great pool, gym, leisure club. Plenty of walking onsite, and limited walking to town.

Nice welcome from reception, OK room but a bit damp and not very sound profe. Really nice spa in connection with the hotel. Very basic breakfast.

From entering the gates & driving up the long & winding drive & entering the lovely reception & meeting the very helpful receptionist was just perfect, the room, dining room and bar all exceeded expectations, we had a lovely stay & a big thank you to all concerned

The rooms were just very outdated with a musty smell.

Room was really good. Did not use the spa or have breakfast. Service for lunch in the bar was disappointing. Distance from the town centre and lack of taxis was an issue.

Hotel is dated, thermal suite was disappointing for the cost and the Hotel website was misleading. Evening meal was good but the breakfast was poor with an omlette cheff overcooking greasy omlettes. The bar area is cold and the entertainment was shockingly poor.

The hotel was so clean and felt very homely. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very pleasant abnd helpful. Only that I live a long way away I would visit it again I highly recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable so gad a great sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So i very much enjoyed my stay.

The swimming pool and water facilities were the most varied I had experienced. However looking up at the pipes whilst swimming there was a lot of rust on them. Perhaps there is already a maintenance date established. But overall I enjoyed the leisure center

Very clean. Staff were very nice. Nice having the pool area, my son was a little disappointed he couldn’t use the jacuzzi/sauna due to age. We enjoyed the food at the bar and at breakfast time.
