A beautiful place at Location easy to find, have a very very beautiful grass field, growing lots of beautiful plants, trees, flowers, birds, ducks and even peacocks ....rooms are cozy with comfortable, large beds, large bathroom....we could watch up the sky for so many beautiful stars up there.... The owner are also very nice, helpful with our late check in. We enjoyed a lot with our stay although we just stayed for one night. We will definitely stay there longer next time.

Nice and quiet with excellent views Windows need cleaning and screen doors need attention as they don’t slide very well. Had some ants tracking from the bathroom to the storage room

What I liked most about this property is its remoteness. It is the place to go if you want peace and quiet and to commune with nature, without other people annoying you in the process. The facility is off the main road, and there are no traffic sounds to break the silence. It was so nice to see native animals & birds instead of people while staying there.

Good but bathroom was exceptionally small for an apartment for 3 adults.

A perfect peaceful place to stay on Phillip Island. Clean and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Just a few wallabies, a couple of geese and a kookaburra for neighbours. Well recommended

My only complaint would we be how loud the water pipes are

Great view, super relaxed, beutiful

location is great, right next to the chocolate factory. owner showed us her horses up close. relaxing space with geese, rabbits and wallabies on the premises

Everything was wonderful

A quiet intimate place, open spaces outside your door with lovely views. Rooms kept very clean and tidy. Owners very hospitable and approachable. We will look to return for sure. Thank you Fran and Michael
