The property is under renovation, strong smell of paint, there is debris everywhere. It's a shame they are even accepting reservations.

Terrible - Far far below expatiation. The room was tired, washroom dirty, towel's and napkins very badly cleaned. Absolutely low breakfast. Only good thing is bottle water supplied in the room

I had a 2 night stay, in December. Room was clean and spacious; Linens were clean; The attached restaurant serving Breakfast Buffet is a good value for money. Not much road traffic noise, at night. About 2Km from Viviana Mall, but in general, was easy to get around

Great place for the business traveler on a budget, a hotel in close proximity to malls, conveniently located and public transport is easily available. Clean hotel with courteous staff and has a restaurant serving great meals.

We paid for 5 days upfront as per the booking.. but we had to checkout early... Hotel is putting on Expedia and Expedia is putting the blame on the hotel regarding the refund. Customer service is pathetic.. no definite answer or timely response to customer queries

The hotel staff is unaware of various discounts and stay perks offered by the hotel or may be they were just showing such attitude. It will be wise enough to book this hotel through online booking or else you might be charged with early check in charge etc..coz they hv 2:00pm check in time
