The property is maybe 3 stars and in need of maintenance. No kettle or fridge in the room. The staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was average and not included - 15 euros pp.

Renovation of the room needed. Everything looks a bit old. The heating radiatior made some ticking noise. Cleanliness was okay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very warm not only because of the charming fireplace in the dining area, but also because of the people who run it :) Thanks for helping us out with our car!

Motorral érkeztünk, barátokkal. A parkoló tágas,biztonságos sorompó kártyás beléptetéssel. A személyzet mindent elkövet, hogy a maximális kényelemben, és kiszolgálásban legyen részed. A szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. Reggelit-vacsorát külön kérésre regisztrálnak, ami nagyon kiadós. Pici svédasztalos reggelivel várnak, de amilyen pici, annál többminden van rajta. Frissen sütik a rántottát, a kolbászt, virslit, hemendex-et. Gyümölcsök, sütik, stb....egyszóval pazar családi kiszolgálás. Az emeleti szobákba egy csigalépcső vezet fel, ami nagyobb csomagokkal, esetleg bőröndökkel nem a legkényelmesebb.Talán ez az egyetlen negatív-nak nevezhető dolog. A környezet mesébe illő. Klíma a szobákban nincs, de nem is volt rá szükség. Az éjszakai friss levegő teljesen felfrissíti, és lehűti a szobát. A bárban szinte minden fogyasztható a sörtől kezdve, a boron át, a becherovkáig, amit a szobához írnak, kijelentkezéskor fizetendő. A szállás egy pici, de annál szebb tó partján helyezkedik el...gyönyörű! A Csorba tó kb. 8 perc sétára van, ami még gyönyörűbb, közelben számos étterem, jobbnál jobb ételekkel, és kedves kiszolgálással. Aki nyugodt környezetben szeretné nagyon jól érezni magát, annak(is) szívből ajánlom, nem fog csalódni. A wellness részt Mi nem vettük igénybe.

I would have given this hotel 5/5 if it weren’t for the poor isolation. Loud neighbours in the rooms next door make it close to impossible to sleep since you can unfortunately hear everything.. The hotel itself and its staff is TOP. I stayed in a four star hotel and this 2 star was better in my opinion. This hotel is owned by a family that works there and you can feel the love. It has a brilliant mountain view

We loved staying in this little ski town. Parking is included and the hotel breakfast is amazing! So delicious and lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

In Strbske Pleso kann man wunderbar wandern. Verschiedene Touren in der westlichen Hohen Tatra bieten sich an.

Great place to stay! The family that run the hotel were so kind and thoughtful. They make you feel right at home. The breakfast was great, she cooks eggs for you when you come down for breakfast! The rooms were very clean. With our window open we listened to the babbling brook as we drifted off to sleep. This is the best place to stay if you like a quiet relaxing place up in the High Tatras.
