everything in this hotel is fashing and excellent, accomodation,service,especially foods in restaurant.Commonly,it is really nice hotel.

Decent stay. Couple of incidences that you don’t expect - no water in the bathroom one morning - average breakfast buffet (dosa was good though) - a/c not so effective.

Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

Its a ok 5 Star in a prime location. There are better places out there however this one will do the work.

Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.

Great modern property with fabulous views of the Gomti River and Ambedkar park. The rooms were super clean and updated and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

I enjoyed the workers from the dinning room, to the roof top and my room. I felt like I was home surrounded by family.

Smart, tidy property in a superb location. Staff are very attentive. Rooms are clean, the restaurant on the top floor has a good dejection of food. Papu Singh deserves a mention, a very charismatic helpful young man. Overall a very good experience and nothing negative.

No hubo agua caliente los tres de dias de mi estadia , hubo que solicitar agua caliente en baldes para la ducha. Deben reembolsar me al menos 50 % del dinero porque perdi mucho tiempo en espera y perdi tiempo para turismo.
