環境清靜和乾淨，服務態度好，位置理想

位置很好，房間很大

房間夠大，整潔。 酒店無餐廳及早餐，食野要走一段路到附近食街。 低層有點嘈！員工英文一般。

高層房間景觀一流，有海景，酒店位置自駕較方便，但車位有限，步行往海邊有食街，

到周邊景點很方便，尤其是天地淵有遊客服務中心，無論想到那裡覌光都可以詢問交通情況。 房間舒適乾淨，每日有打掃。接待處一位下午上班的女職員超不禮貌，有一次黃昏剛回洒店，丈夫進入地下的洗手間，那位女士板著臉到厠所門口叩門説韓文，丈夫不知她在説甚麼，其後她竟然一句簡單的英文［sorry］也沒說，便板著臉的回坐位。 早餐非常非常簡單，不藉在洒店用餐，最奇怪是咖啡沒供應糖、奶、匙羮，要逐一詢問才有。總體而言，只住是沒問題的，其他就不要有期待。

We were travel with 2 families altogether6 people. We reserved 2 rooms. The location of this hotel is really good for you plan to travel to visit the 天地淵瀑布where is just walking distance to the hotel . We were really impressed by the entrance and cafe lobby of this boutique hotel. We thought we made a good choice to reserve this hotel with such great price as well. However , we found the cleanliness of this hotel must never improved ! My daughter ,husband and myself could not sleep coz we all got bug’s bites when we slept. In additions, we found our toilet bowl kept leaking of water. We asked to fix the problem of leaking, the reception gal is really nice to help but just shutdown water supply of the toilet which means we do not have water to flush toilet. It was the worst experience for us so far travel in Korea, apart from this we enjoy pretty much for the rest of our journey in other places .

1. 房間很大, 不過沒有衣櫃 2. 洗澡時水會四處濺, 基本上整個洗手間都濕濕的 3. 房間wifi有問題, 不過職員即時處理了, 很好 4. 大堂超美, 有很多書, 不知可否借回房間閱讀 5. 酒店後面可以泊車, 不過大路轉小路會有點窄

近碼頭 附近有食店。小但很舒服的酒店。職員只得一個，但也很樂意幫忙。地版是暖的，唯一缺點是淋浴的地方沒有門，會把地方弄濕。

地方寬闊，預設已可夠三人入住，地點也方便，附近有食街及天淵瀑布，相比之下價錢及各方面也不錯！

The Hotel is situated in a quiet corner but you won’t miss it. Nice sea view if you stay on higher floors. Friendly staff & trendy design on lobby floor. Spacious & clean rooms. Comfy beds & pillows . Should consider getting a shower curtain. Super quick check in & out.

毛巾澡袍有明顯污垢，不敢用 前台服務員服務態度很好，不過英文溝逸月有點困難 除此之外都十分滿意， 大致整潔

The only defect is that there is no safe in the room nor is it provided by the Hotel.

Close to shopping area and public transportation

Fantastic location if you want a quiet spot and you are into the hikes and trails around! 5 minutes to some small hikes and both of the waterfalls. It is 20 mins taxi to Seongpanak trail in Hallassan mountain. There is a bike shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel (Jeju ebike) and you can start the Jeju Fantasy trail nearby and complete a segment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Nice staff, spacious room however a little worn out and needs to be brushed up. Bed and linen are ok but has this plastic touch you often find in hotels. Refrigerator, and a small desk is useful but nowhere to put your suitcase except for the floor. Breakfast in light but fresh. Coffee ok. Washing facilities on ground floor. Handy parking lot.

넓고 깨끗하고 조식까지 이틀동안 편안하게 쉬었어요~~^^

The location is good. It's very closed to the water fall, and seaside, only 3 minutes walk. and 15 minutes walk to the shopping area.

전체적으로 매우만족합니다. 가격, 서비스, 룸상태 모두 만족합니다. 새섬과 가까워서 산책하기에 아주 좋아요~~^^

주변환경도 조용하고, 아침산책도 좋았고, 무엇보다 사장님도 친절하셔서 빠른 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 골프와 산행을 병행하였는데 아침에 간단하게 조식을 해결할 수 있어 무엇보다 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.
