我们订了两晚豪华阳台套房，一晚标间。第一天入住的时候，酒店弄错了我们的房型。我们提前预付了带阳台豪华套房的钱，酒店前台给了我们一个标间!!!我们发现问题，马上就去找了酒店前台，前台说他啥都不知道，要问经理，明天才能处理。。。我在邮件里用英文给hotels.com填了"我快疯了"的入住反馈之后，前台马上给我打电话，说明天给我换到我之前预订的房间，再补给我们免费早餐。可是标间和酒店最好的房间的差价远高于一顿早饭。。。后来第二天早上酒店换了一个前台，态度很差，说她压根不知道早饭的事。。。也没有跟我们道歉。。。惊了！心里觉得X了狗。。。后来我们在吃早饭，那个女的前台过来说早餐免费，后面两天把酒店最好的房间给我们。。。全程也没说抱歉，我们本来预订的就是酒店最好的房间好吗。。。 anyway，觉得事情总算解决了。然后就在第二天中午打算出门的时候，酒店又换了一个前台，说要我们换到旁边的房间，我太太当时就炸了! 这酒店是神经病啊 我下楼找前台理论，最终被我说服。。。事情处理完了，但觉得心好累啊! 我们是出来放松的，住在这里的三天像是在打仗。我们钱都付了，但住在本该属于我们的房间里，就像在乞讨一样，以后都不会住best western的酒店了。。。。。。真心是极品啊

地點極佳，鄰近兩個地鐵站共四條線，走路可到百貨各餐廳。尤其綠線harve站可以搭到底，再轉171凡爾賽宮，只要兩張票2.5*2超划算。 飯店房間雖然不大，但是是行李箱可以打開平放，床和枕頭都乾淨舒適。浴室大小很剛好 ~ 401有烘毛巾的架子很棒。 服務友善，英文溝通沒有問題。

最後特價很划算 下月就沒有這麼漂亮價錢 地點離春天很近 對面的蘭州拉麵味道不錯 價錢也尚可 如果還有特價一定會再來住

Vi fick inte de rum vi trodde vi hade beställt. Stopp i toaletten vid flertal tillfällen. Stopp i badkaret så att inte vattnet rann ut.

Terrible experience. When we arrived the hotel website says safe in room- not true. We were informed the key had gone missing so we had to take our valuables with us. Also someone used the washroom and didn’t flush (#2) which meant the room was not cleaned. Stains on carpets and there was a bug on our bed when we came back from dinner. We called the front desk but they said we had to wait until the next night to speak to a manager. We left the hotel and are still fighting with the hotel for a refund. Worst experience at a hotel we have ever had.

Fantastic location for our 4 night stay with access to several metro stations and just a 15min walk to Place de la Concorde. Plenty of food choices, some literally across the street! Good WiFi connection. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Bed and pillows could be better.

買い物にも食事にも困らず、便利な場所で、スタッフも親切でした。 ただ、シャワーのホースが抜けてしまい、後半２日は修理もなく、蛇口で髪、身体をあらわなければいけませんでした。

very nice hotel and amazing staff. A special thank you to the receptionist who kindly provide me with his own charger to help me with my phone! nice room, very quiet and top clean - great service from the housekeeping too.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean.

Although room was small but fairly normal by Paris standards, everything was adequate and quite for the of us. Staff was amazing and room was nicely touched up and filled amenities daily. Location is fantastic tons of shopping and cafes, restaurant choices as well as many Metro stops (subway) within a block or 2 .very safe area and would highly recommend!!

Perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and the facilities such as Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, free drinks and snacks were a lovely unexpected bonus. Easy walking distance to major tourist spots and the metro for getting further afield was very close. Would highly recommend
