The room and bathroom are clean, but there is no drinking water in the room. I requested a non-smoking room, but the smoke smell is very strong.

Room: clean, good for rest. But during midnight, the 3 guys next room so loud and laugh all the night. Very annoying. Staff: hit the wall with hammer for a few times, I can't sleep.

Ok nice clean. Boleh la. Bantal lembik cikit la. Tidor kurang selesa. Boleh la untuk berhenti sebentar untuk semalam.

The hotel is nice...but washroom is not clean...

Overall the hotel is comfortable to stay. Worth of money. Need to use staircase is difficult for us . Carry 5 months baby with luggage some more.

There is no elevator. Amenities such as fridge, hairdryer are only available on special request. The room and bathroom is very small.
