Beautiful place!

I dod not get the room I booked. Neither the bottle of wine which was listed as perk. After insisting, and one hour spent in changing the room it was PK.

At the time of checkin, the reception tried upgrading the room for a hefty extra by initially mentioning there wasn’t a room with a good view with the booked room class. This was even though the booked room was one of those “Bosphorus View” room (not a partial view). The “one wine bottle” promised when reserved was never offered, and we were never informed what the “VIP Access” might have been. In the end we “negotiated” back to have a room with a Bosphorus view, but saw many rooms that we were able to see from the terrace rather empty. The strait view was fantastic but why did we have to go through this, and obviously missed what was to be offered. We’d give high rating for the view but not for how the hotel is managed.

Amazing staff - We had a medical emergency Mesut and his team took super well care of us we came to Hospital in no time and after when we came back they took supercwell care of us. Also the Breakfast was amazing. Were definitely coming back here.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone made the effort to know our names. Highly personalized service. From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast was vast and fresh and delicious. Rooms very clean and grand and room service was impeccable. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Expensive but worth the money. First rate hotel on the Bosphorus.

I loved everything about that hotel and the service was great

It is a great hotel but they have choose of they are a 5 stars hotel or a party place! We stayed there 4 night. All the nights they had parties. The worst day was a Techno party on the sea bar. I had the feeling they were in my room until midnight another night hey hosted a marriage and a teenagers graduation! It was impossible to sleep well. I don’t recommend if you are not a party person or if you like to sleep well
