Booking 1 kamar untuk 3 orang ternyata fasilitas hanya 1 ranjang queen size. Sebaiknya hotel menetapkan standar kamar yang ideal, bukan hanya harga promo, karena ketika orang melakukan perjalanan tentunya butuh tempat istirahat yang memadai. Btw front desk hotel melayani dengan baik.

The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable and plush. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful during the night time.

I don't care if the room is small or what. But the cleanliness is the main concern. Saw 2 different size of cockroaches. Furthermore, the room is dirty and dusty. The telephone can't be used and full of dust.

Dirty, no hot water, no parking lot, smelly and musky room probably due to smoking, towels looked clean but when you flap it, you see dust/fiber in the air. The only positive thing is the security guard who was manning the reception when we check in around 11pm. Helpful is friendly and helpful.

The 2nd floor is too noisy but the room and service are good.

Layanan teruk, mamat shift malam tarikh ni bagaikan zombie yang menjaga kaunter, muka ketat tiada senyuman.menyesal sangat amik hotel ni sedangkan banyak lagi hotel yang cantik dan lebih bagus berhampiran, bilik ada lipas.

前台工作人员非常有礼貌、彬彬有礼、友好且平易近人。房间和浴室的状况非常令人满意。10/10，我会再来的。

Bad service!, masa booked family room saiz 22.0 m2 (2 katil queen) tapi dapat bilik yang lagi kecik 18.0 m2(1 katil queen,1 single bed,1 katil lipat) bukan city view tapi view menghadap belakang bangunan dan tong2 sampah,dikaunter mereka janji esok tengah hari boleh tukar bilik tapi bila kita request esoknya receptionist kata tak boleh pulak. Hotel 3 bintang, tapi macam hotel budget.Bilik air lantai masih licin dan tidak betul2 bersih,tiada air panas. Pertama dan terakhir menginap disini.
