床和床单都很干净。Wi-Fi信号不错。员工态度很好。泳池不如广告宣传的那么好。床垫很薄（睡着背疼）。靠窗的房间有成群的蚂蚁，水壶附近还有，浴室水槽里也有小苍蝇。这里的卫生状况很差。我实在无法忍受，提前退房了。如果你能接受蚂蚁和苍蝇，那就来吧，但我个人觉得还是算了。

太棒了！我去过很多国家，一直都选择宜必思酒店，因为它性价比很高。这次入住体验更是物超所值。酒店离公交车站很近，早餐很棒，员工也非常友好。

房间升级了，不是双床房，而是大床房和单人房。感觉很棒。

Make up room hanya dilakukan per 2 hari sekali 😂, dengan membayar kamar 3 standard triple bed dengan harga 3,1 juta per malam sangat tidak sepadan dengan pelayanan hotel ini. Kamar nya kecil sekali, tidak di rekomendasi kan untuk family holiday. Tidak ada free air minum botol, hanya ada tap water dari kran langsung. Lokasi terlalu jauh untuk jalan jalan, jarak ke MRT 2.2 kilometer, ke Orchard road membutuhkan biaya 20 dollar sekali jalan dengan grab car. Overall, sangat tidak di rekomendasikan

It was not mentioned in the description that the room will be cleaned by the Housekeeping once every 7 days! When we arrived, there were no towels, no plastic bag for the bin, the water jug was not dry (used without cleaning?). Not recommended.

We just knew that house keeping staff will not clean the rooms every day cause we only book for four days instead of one week and this was informed by the hotel ' s reception. It should be inform when we booked it from online travel agent.

Kondisi sofa bed sudah lusuh. Jalan masuk menuju lobby sangat gelap saat malam hari, karena tidak ada penerangan sama sekali. Lokasi berada sangat jauh dari kota dan MRT station. MacPherson mall nya adalah mall mati yang sudah tidak ada aktivitas, yang tersisa hanya Bar dan Pub kecil, sangat tidak nyaman untuk hotel dengan konsep keluarga.

Check in process is slow, room aircon is weak even setting to coolest is still weak compare to other hotel of same grade.

Breakfast jam 9am di lantai 4 penuh dan kita diminta menunggu lalu diarahkan ke restoran belakang lobi tapi di restoran belakang loby tidak boleh dimantar ke lantai 4. Akhrnya setelah berdebat diperbolehkan makan dibelakang loby dengan menu alakadarnya. kapok menginap disana. terima kasih.

not clean and not strategic location, even staff service great

Clean rooms and fast housekeeping! Very friendly and helpful reception. I was happy since they allowed me to do late checkout.

The cleanliness and the variety of food choices were the problems for us. They don't sweep the floor, they only changed the towels and make the bed. It looks clean, but we could tell that it was a bit dusty, especially since we were staying for a week. They also mostly serve the same breakfast everyday, which could get boring after a few days.
