Check in was easy and very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Got the 2 beds and room layout was nice with a sitting area right inside and a small kitchen area. Weird spot to put TV where it wasn't easily viewed from beds or sitting area. Had to turn it sideways. Was able to watch Ryan/Haley 50 state challenge on youtube so that was a plus! Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast morning 1 was horrible. Out of cream cheese, out of OJ, drink machine broke and out of waffle mix until a large amount of people kept asking for attendant to finaly refill with over 2 hrs left in breakfast. They were not friendly and hide in room from guests. Morning 2 was a little better with a difference attendant actuality out filing stuff. Still no cream cheese and drinks were mixed up in machine so you got OJ when pressed apple and vice versa which probably lwd tonalpt of wasted drinks. Overall great location. Easy to find. Easy to park. And comfortable. Just hope better breakfast.

Great hotel in a good area. The place is up to date with many options for breakfast. The rooms are updated and spacious with great lighting. No issues with parking or noise. Employees were nice and attentive. Will definitely come back.

Clean room and hotel with a comfortable bed! We had reserved the room for two adults and two kids. Our room was listed as having a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was actually a trundle bed that pulled out from under the couch and only enough bedding to cover the trundle. We had to ask for more bedding to cover the couch cushions so my son could use that as a bed. He said it was comfortable enough, but we were expecting a fold out sofa bed suitable for two people, not just a single trundle.

The hospitality was excellent, we were greeted promptly by a very friendly manager and desk trainee. Check-in was easy. I love the layout of their rooms with the desk and coach that provide separate spaces. Unfortunately, we found several lights did not work (desk lamp, light over fridge, and both small reading lights on the backboards) and the outlets attached to the bedside table lamp did not work. While the bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable, we found jelly smeared on the bathroom door frame, no liners in the garbage cans, shower-mounted conditioner was empty, and the tub was very slow to drain, meaning we showered in 2 inches of water. The most concerning part was the safety lack above the deadbolt on the door was broken to the point where we could only latch it with great effort. The way it was broken made it look like someone had kicked in the door at some point. It made spending the night on the room with two children feel very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, pool was fine, check out was easy. I really wish I could leave a better review...

The first night was HORRIBLE! When I checked in I was informed that my request for upper floor could not be filled because the hotel was booked solid, but I did not see that many cars int he parking lot. I accepted the room. That evening I went to bed around 10:00 PM, I was awakened at Midnight with noise and stomping on my ceiling from the room above me, I felt they were just getting in and would quiet down soon, this noise continued until 1:00 AM when I walked down to the front desk to complain. It turns out there was some kind of "medical emergency" in the room above me, there was police and EMT's there. Well I feel bad for the people BUT I am on vacation and need to sleep! The person working the desk said " I will move you to the room you had last year on the 4th floor, the 4th floor is wide open".................WAIT I was told the hotel was booked solid??!?!? It is OBVIOUS that the hotel was treating me differently due to me using Hotels.com instead of the Marriott site. Once in the new room, the stay was wonderful for the rest of the weekend. I feel STRONGLY I should get a refund for at least one nights stay! I got poor sleep Friday night which disrupted my day on Saturday.

The staff was rude and totally not willing to accommodate us even though we asked for a joining rooms. I called the hotel after reserving rooms online to make sure they note that we needed connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. They took no effort to accommodate us instead we had a room on the 2 floor and a room on the 3rd floor. The pull out beds were NOT cleaned and had garbage in them.

Had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel, highly recommend it! Nice spacious rooms, strong AC, comfortable beds and a nook office.

Pretty good location close to all the good attractions...nice breakfast clean rooms... Convenient store a walk across the street...but no balcony and small indoor pool only...

Very comfortable, everything very clean. We did not expect any service, were surprised towels were updated, but not t-paper?
