房間很舒服，入住手續迅速

酒店有點舊，四周環境寧靜，溫泉不是太多人。入住假錢連早餐晚餐很合理。

現時至二月尾，下午二時三十分有免費高速巴士回東京八重州車站。若回程去東京很方便！

房很大，房鐵門很重，閉門時很嘈，離湯田步行行5分鈡，早晚餐好味，溫泉水很好！

房間內有木蝨，但幸好向職員反映，就立刻幫忙調到其他房間

和式傳統溫泉酒店，房裏面有私人浴室廁所，如果浸溫泉可能都不會在房間洗澡。 溫泉有大池及露天風呂較好，另一個細獨立房，但不是私人的（容納三個人左右）。 真正溫泉區酒店。 我們四人一房，食完晚餐已準備好榻榻米床鋪。 包早餐和晚餐，很滿意 有車送我們到火車站 價錢性價比高✌ 可以一試

酒店房間浴室沒有熱水, 沖涼很不方便o 如你早上不浸大浴場, 沖涼、洗髮很冷o 風筒也是只有冷風的。 房間不大, 但整潔，我們三人同房很擠。

傳統日式房間及榻榻米床舖具特色, 對於外國遊客有一定的吸引力。房間亦備有日式温泉浴袍及精美浴巾以及梳洗用品。

Good and efficient pick up & drop off services between the bus station and hotel. The Onsen for men is better than the women one. The water from outdoor Onsen could be hotter since it can be offset by the temperature. Some hotel offer free private Onsen so that customers can enjoy different experience.

The hotel has some long history, so as their carpet. The maintenance is poor in Japanese standard. There is no curtain, just a piece of paper between the window and the room.

The hotel is located quite near to the major area in Kusatsu. The dinner was conducted at your room and the traditional Japanese food tasted pretty nice. The staff was nice and friendly

服務人員態度良好。房間尚算整潔。只是不滿意的是check-in 後想定酒店內餐廳是不可的，要check in 前預訂，這很不方便！
