Le Chamois was a rather nice place to stay at. We got upgraded to a better view, and it was incredibly convenient in terms of the area. It was close to the ski lifts and the village. The only unpleasant experience was that they made a mistake in booking the lift tickets and snowboarding courses for us and we’ve got triple-charged! We had to contract them for refund and it took more than a week to show the refund item in the credit card statement. And due to the different exchange rates in debit and credit transactions, the refund amount was several hundred hkd less than the original debit amount. We had to call the credit card company a few times and wasted a lot of time in dealing with this refund matter

Good location. The staff was nice and courteous. The place was nice and clean. However, we were not aware (it should definitely be indicated in your property description) that no room cleaning services were provided. It is not a problem if a guest stays for one, or two nights. If your stay is longer it is a serious problem. We were told that cleaning was our responsibility, but no cleaning tools were provided (no vacuum cleaner, no cleaning solutions, etc.). The receptionist told us that some guests (who have vehicles) travel to Squamish (about one hour drive) to purchase cheap cleaning tools at Dollarama ! Many misleading features in the Hotels.com description: On your website: Free area shuttle, Dining, A bar/lounge, A coffee shop/cafe, A restaurant, Restaurants on site - none of this was available. There was no restaurant to eat a real breakfast; only coffee shop with pastries few minutes away. 1 outdoor pool - it is a very tiny pool and not suitable for adult swimming. Heated pool on site - the water was too cold; maybe it was heated but not sufficiently. Pool access: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM - wrong hours listed on your site, they were shorter.

The hotel room could use some repairs and full cleaning. Staff were great and gym was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, easy access and quick walk to Whistler village, along with great dining options close by with a less busy vibe. Would come again!

Centrally located. Walking distance to gondolas, restaurants, ski rentals and the village. The staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Le Chamois is a nice building in a great location at the base of Blackcomb mountain. The rooms are larger than average for the cost, and hotel layout is easy to navigate. Only 3 stars for property condition as the common areas are in need of a refresh (carpet, paint, furnishings). Otherwise, I recommend staying at LeChamois for a Whistler trip.

busy but very nice property and easy access to everywhere and everything.

There needs to be more information given about the parking situation 25 a day is alot to swallow. There were 2 heaters and a dyson fan but no instructions or remotes for any of them. You needed an engineering segree to get hot water in the shower.

Really enjoyed our stay and the condo. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view. Would definitely stay here again.

The suite was very nice. Kitchen was well-appointed, bed was very comfortable, living space was spacious.

Great spot, beautiful rooms, only downside was you had to pay for parking. But otherwise would stay here again.

The property was great, clean, modern, everything a suite would need except the most important - a comfortable bed. It was awful, major valley that makes you roll to the center and too soft for anyone. No support for any normal spine!
