Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

Very bad not educated staff..they not smile..not listen ...never stay more ..I see on Facebook many complaints about the staff

房间很干净。床比我想象的要宽。两个人可以舒适地睡觉。床上配有 USB 和插入式充电器。有一面镜子，上面有多种颜色的可变灯光。有一个房间锁按钮。打开和关闭房间里的灯，有窗帘遮挡光线。房间里有电视和空调，很舒适。客房内设有私人浴室。浴室设施齐全：洗发水、沐浴露、牙刷、牙膏、梳子、吹风机、毛巾、还有充足的衣架。浴室很干净。房间里提供步行鞋。进入公共区域和房间然后使用密码按门。无需携带任何钥匙公共区域干净且气味很好。有自动售货机出售东西。酒店设有雀巢自动售货机，提供免费咖啡和热美禄。这里有免费的冷热水补充站。我看到有一台洗衣机，我认为需要投币。地理位置也很方便。靠近唐人街 住宿前设有巴士站。商场和地铁站就在街对面，非常方便。总体来说非常好。如果有机会，我还会再次住在那里。我强烈推荐它。

They do not clean the bed. The reason is that I extent my stay. Before I stay for two days and cheack out on 10.00 am. But because of the flight canceled so I booked a new one and back to this pod hotel at 16.41.

Simpel, murah, enak, bersih, dekat MRT, sudah ke 2 kali. Next pasti menginap sini lagi.

Tempatnya deket banget sama MRT chinatown dan pinggir jalan jd kalau naek grab atau bus gampang. Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya saja toiletnya cuman ada 2 dan sempit banget. Untuk cewe ada hair drier tapi kurang nyaman kalau dandan di toilet umum karna kacanya di luar sedangkan kaca di dalam kamar kecil. Lampu dan air nyala otomatis diatur jam nya jadi ga bisa nyalain lampu kamar atau air di wc untuk buang air.

Terrible service. The staff were rude and unfriendly from the very start (at check in)--as if we owed them so much for letting us stay. This hostel also had so many strict rules that were never disclosed and agreed to by the guests upon booking. They were also unresponsive when I tried contacting them by email. Not accommodating at all. They need to improve the customer experience in this place. Do not stay here if you expect to be treated like a person.

Very good new capsules pod hotel, very recommended. Private room very ideal for family with 4 persons, very clean hotel. During my 2 nights stay tv does not work at all, the rest is wonderful. Cons: check out time is too early 10:10am !
