设施单一，地理位置很好，距离市中心很近。

自駕遊，比較難找飯店 酒店間大，早及晚餐都好食 下次都會住此酒店

泡湯晚餐都很棒, 離草津湯鈿很近, 唯獨房間隔音差, 只要隔壁有人走動就很大聲

Very Bad experience Arrived Hotel at 8pm due to traffic, no dinner/nothing to serve us. Committed to pick us from JR station, and we need to spend 6000Yan for Taxi finally. Room is Old & Small No recommended to stay

房間空間感十足，工作人員會按時準備及收拾好被鋪，非常貼心! 一泊兩食的膳食安排也很不錯，晚餐相當豐富，也能因應要求將牛肉火鍋轉成豚肉火鍋!

The hot spring is excellent! The staff are nice & friendly! The breakfast provided is delicious and we were so full after taking the breakfast.

Nice onsen hotel with delicious meals.

Nobody come to get our luggage upon arrival at the car park. A bit unusual for Japanese ryokan. Can arrange vegetarian meal upon request. Food quality not excellent but reasonable for the rate we paid. Three public onsen are good. Japanese style room is spacious and clean.

要爬大約30公尺的斜坡 離湯畑大概5分鐘。湯不錯 價格不貴。有接送車站服務。餐也還可以。整體來說算蠻值得的。有機會還會想再來草津溫泉

位置很近，但不好找。 餐點中等以上。但没有預期的好吃，有黠失望。 無法在房內用餐，也很失望。

Traditional Onsen hotel with very nice decor. We arrived late since the GPS directed us to a longer way. Staff immediately arranged rooms and dinner for us. We booked 3 different rooms with different dinners in 3 separate bookings. As they did not realize we were a group, we had dinner in 3 rooms but one next to each other. We were arranged in one room for the breakfast the following day. Meal was good though not excellent. It impressed us most that a Cantonese (our mother tongue) speaking staff was arranged to serve our meal.It made us feel homed. Rooms were comfortable. We had a great deal with Expedia promotion. Staff also helped us to clean the snow of our car when we left. Location of the hotel is great too. It is within 3 mins walk to the town centre but on a small hill that you could be kept away from crowded area. Walking distance to most tourists attractions.

一食二泊的部份都很舒適，如果戶外湯可以看到更多美景就更完美了
