A fantastic B&B for a warm welcome, comfort and a breakfast that always gave a great start to the day. It is ideally located for visiting the local coastline and inland attractions all within a short drive.

Excellent hosts, room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. Everything was just lovely.

Lesley was a wonderful host We really enjoyed our stay. Two of the rooms were a bit small and didn't have an ensuite but she put my husband and I in the larger room with the ajoining bathroom and it was wonderful

This is the quintessential Bed and Breakfast with the loveliest hosts. Lesley provided a wonderful breakfast with the added bonus of lore about the home and the area. She even provided us with an itinerary for our day. My only regret was that we did not stay there longer.

This is everything a B&B should be. It's charming and delightful. The host and hostess are wonderful and a delighted. They host a very complete breakfast. And the decor as well thought out. I truly enjoyed my stay there and wish I had stayed a few more days. It's located very convenient to a lot of the sites in the area.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. If you travel to Cornwall you need to book in at Melorne Farm.

Fabulous B&B - the owners could not have been more accommodating (finding space for our bicycles and even driving us to the pub for dinner and collecting us later). Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and our stay was full of lovely personal touches.

We had a lovely overnight stay in a four-poster bedroom in Melorne Farm Guest house. Everything was exceptional. Lesley was a very friendly host and made us feel really welcome. She informed us of lots of places to see in the area and lots of things to do. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. It was all very stylish. The breakfast was amazing. Paul (Lesley's husband) was also very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend Melorne Farm to our friends and family.

Absolutely an amazing place, the hostess is a gem of a person. We stayed here one night to go to Tintagel Castle a must see in this area. If I'm ever in this area again I'll go out of my way to stay here again. This inn is an event in it's self, you should experience.
