不愧是品牌酒店

The hotel locates right at the Belgrade Republic Square. Although the Square is closed for construction during our visit, the work didn't bother us too much. Walking street is just a minute away which leads to the Kalemegdan Fortress by 15 minutes' walk. It is kept very clean by the efficient house keeping. Staffs are friendly and helpful; check-in fast. Yet, we had little problem of the bill paying while check-out. The spending guarantee was made by credit card. When we expressed the wish to pay the bill by cash, the staff explained he would need to go to the bank for some arrangement (which I didn't get it clear). We have eventually settled the bill by the same credit card. That is OK; just a point worth to mention.

The hospitality was amazing. I was only there a few hours due to a snowstorm, but the front desk went above and beyond. For that alone I recommend staying here. You can teach or buy hospitality, either you have it or you don’t, and they do!

Excellent City Centre location, dining views overlooking the TRG Square and shopping District. Staff friendly from reception, room service and dining. Definite Hotel to recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

The beds were of very high quality; we slept very well! The breakfast was also extensive and fresh.

It's in the center of town. It's great for the end of the day after your business meetings.

The location was excellent. It was directly across from Republic Square where all the shops and restaurants are. They had a car spot by the entrance for unloading the car. The garage was a nice size and very clean with cameras. The room was also very comfortable and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

Great location in Belgrade, right next to the walking streets and close to restaurants and cafes. Amazing service from front desk and bar staff, very friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room was clean and modern. I particularly enjoyed the water bottle filling stations on each floor, very handy. The only improvement I would suggest is to offer better quality tissues and TP, a bit on the rough side, but other than that, great experience.
