地點超讚，物超所值

酒店位置佳，坐地鉄到Rossio站，下車後由於站到廣場的升降機壞了，要搬行李上廣場，很吃力，再走不到5分鐘就到酒店，接待處在1樓，我和女兒在樓下看見要搬行李爬樓梯就不禁同聲說「係樓梯呀！」一位年青力壯的服務員聽到聲音就馬上跑下來，幫我們把行李搬上一樓辦入住手續，之後又幫我們把行李搬到二樓房間，服務很貼心。房間很大，我們訂的是三人房（家庭房）有一張雙人床及兩張單人床，洗手間也很闊落，不過洗澡後有少許水會漏出厠盆附近的地下，有點不便。房間通道有少許斜度，要適應一下，小心會跌倒。7:30開始有早餐吃，（工作人員還忙著準備中），早餐在天台，環境不錯，風景很美，但小心海鷗、麻雀偷吃你的早餐啊！早餐的食物不錯，有水果杯、三文魚、火腿、香腸、乳酪、各式芝士、麵包，炒蛋（要8:20才煮好），三文魚和香腸在第三天(星期一）沒有出現。退房時，工作人員也很貼心的幫助我們把行李搬到樓下，十分感謝！酒店的位置旺中帶靜，在Rossio廣場後面一巷，很近地鉄站、火車站、巴士站、電車站（都是3-5分鐘可達），附近有很多商店、餐廳、超市，我們三人對這間酒店都很滿意。但要考慮這間酒店要爬樓梯的。（其實酒店有一部很小型的升降機，設於1樓半，運行至4樓半，不停二、三、四樓，我猜是運行李或運貨用的，升降速度像蝸牛般慢啊！）

酒店装饰挺有特色的，房间也很大，位置距离地铁站走路5分钟以内，周围餐饮也比较多。提供早餐。性价比很不错。

Location was very nice! And the rooftop was amazing!

Room was spacious and clean however a little touch up paint would go a long way. Breakfast is mid level- quite small selection of eats. The access to the rooftop is not for the faint of heart its quite a trek.

7-day stay: Charming art-focused hotel located in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to all Lisbon has to offer. This includes many high-quality restaurants in the neighborhood, some of which may require a bit more altitude (The Sacramento, Cafe Marzano (a vermuteria with delicious homemade pasta), etc.). If you love art, the incredible (private) Gulbenkian Art museum is a must-see (closed Tuesdays, the National museums are closed Mondays). Be sure to enjoy a nightcap and/or full breakfast (as you feel) at the hotel's a rooftop bar, which is as welcoming in its staff and ambiance as it is beautiful in its views of central Lisbon with its watchful castle.

The staff was helpful to carry our luggage upstairs….but, we weren’t aware that there was not elevators and I have back problems. The roof top was beautiful, but difficult for me to reach. Breakfast was great. The room was nice and well decorated.

Very nice, clean and quiet (after 10-11pm) boutique hotel one street off of Rossio Square in central Lisbon, walking distance to many of the city’s best attractions and restaurants. Just be aware there are stairs up one story to the lobby and a very tight/slow elevator to most rooms. The rooftop lounge and restaurant are great options for drinks and dinner. Nice full buffet breakfast was included in the nightly rate.

Beautiful, artsy property in excellent location! Lots of stairs.

Fin, spacious 5th floor room with a view of the castle. Large, clean bathroom with toiletries provided. Lots of outlets and lighting fixtures. Nice rooftop breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had an excellent time here during our vacation. Its in a very good location and our favorite part was the beautiful view of the castle while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Wenn du nicht gut Treppen steigen kannst, solltest du ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Lovely room with wonderful bathroom. Roof terrace is fabulous. Just be prepared for the many flights of stairs. The street the hotel is on is a bit rundown, but less than a block in any direction you're in the heart of things. Super convenient.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The decor is artsy, beautiful and interesting. The rooms themselves are very small. I had one room for myself and my two teenagers and we felt crammed in there. Poor shower pressure and shampoo-we went out and purchased new shampoo and conditioner. The towels were good quality however. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you. There are a lot of stairs and the elevator only goes to the fourth floor, with no stops in between. Breakfast was served buffet style and always consisted of many healthy options as well as some pastries. Since the hotel is located in a busy area, nights were very loud-sound- proofing seems to be an issue. We did enjoy how centrally located it is, however.
