我喜欢这家酒店...交通便利，周边有很多好吃的

入住时，工作人员不太友好，但离开时，工作人员很友好。

Masya Allah, pelayanan-nya semuanya baik sekali, apa lagi housekeeping-nya sangat ramah. Tempat-nya bersih nyaman.

Kamarnya kecil tapi bersih, tidak ada liftnya ada 3 lantai jadi kalau bisa jangan membawa koper yang besar, lokasi strategis karena banyak tempat makan dan disebelahnya ada minimarket 99 speedmart yang cukup lengkap. So far sesuai dengan harganya dan kalo ada keperluan nonton konser atau event yang venuenya bukit jalil, sangat direkomendasikan karena bisa jalan kaki jaraknya 1-1,5 km kalo susah mendapatkan grab/taksi.

Pelayannya sombong tidak ramah.

Lokasi dekat untuk ke axiata arena, gampang cari makan. Kamar lumayan, pelayanan yang ramah dan komunikatif.

The whole 7 days of staying in Vio Hotel is very unpleasant to see cockroach surround the room from room 001 to 002 were the same. The hotel towels are very dirty & full of stained. We asked for replacement. The lady, so called supervisor was not friendly and rude. She really showed her unsatisfied face to us when we asked for towel replacement. Credit to the guy who take care the counter at night. He is attentive, polite and helpful.

Wifi didn't work even though managed to connect. Told the receptionist but she could not do anything .Cleanliness and maintenance should be improved - found serious coffee stains on the mug, I did not bother to use it. Shower head was leaking. Bathroom was kinda clogged. AC felt like it has not been serviced for a long time - took a long time to cool down such a small room. Bunk bed was however decent. Toiletries was good.

Every floor should have water dispenser, easy to get hot water to make coffee, tea etc.

Reception guy. Very unhappy because we using Apps to check in. He purposely send us the room without hot water and it's double deck bad.

漂亮、舒适的房间。

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. It's quite difficult to find this hotel at first. No parking spaces as well, but there's a lot of food stall around this place. Overall, this is a nice place to stay.

Hygiene need to improve for comfortable of guest.

There is no bottled water provided in room and hygiene of room need to be improved.

In general, this hotel is quite nice for the price of the room. But, the bad thing is we already requested to book 2 rooms side by side, by unfortunately we didn't get it because it's full booked which doesn't makes sense to us. But the receptionist is nice and helpful.
