I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.

The hotel is located in a safe district called “Recoleta”, about 45 minutes by taxi from airport Ezeiza. It is also near a metro station. The hotel is not large with only four rooms in one floor but everything is cozy, clean and convient. The staffs are nice too. Breakfast is offered as early as 7:00 a.m. and there are adequate varieties.

The location is unbeatable — vibrant, upscale, and just a few blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall. Hotel Arenales is close to countless of coffee houses, chic shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel was impeccable. My room was always sparkling clean, and I loved that room service used a subtle freshener to keep everything smelling incredibly fresh. Free breakfast is provided for guests at the Experiencia Arenales Cafe which is located next door. The cafe's lovely patio is filled with lots plants and plenty of comfy seating. However what truly made my stay at Hotel Arenales so great was the staff. They were the definition of professional, super nice, and genuinely helpful with every request. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city!

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación. Es limpio, los empleados muy amables. Desayuno está incluido con 3 opciones de menú. El mantenimiento podría mejorar un poco. Las puerta de vidrio de la ducha de la habitación donde estuve era difícil de abrir porque se arrastraba en el piso. El desagüe del agua del lavatorio y la ducha muy lentos para desagotar acumulando agua. También faltan tomas de corriente que permitan adaptadores para los que venimos del exterior para cargar teléfonos, etc. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

O Hotel não tem nenhuma área de convivência ou permanência e a conservação deixa a desejar. O café da manhã não corresponde ao anunciado nas fotos e no site, (onde apresenta-se um amplo buffet), porém na prática é um serviço "a la carte" com apenas 3 opções de escolha e sem repetição.
