I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.

The hotel is located in a safe district called “Recoleta”, about 45 minutes by taxi from airport Ezeiza. It is also near a metro station. The hotel is not large with only four rooms in one floor but everything is cozy, clean and convient. The staffs are nice too. Breakfast is offered as early as 7:00 a.m. and there are adequate varieties.

O Hotel não tem nenhuma área de convivência ou permanência e a conservação deixa a desejar. O café da manhã não corresponde ao anunciado nas fotos e no site, (onde apresenta-se um amplo buffet), porém na prática é um serviço "a la carte" com apenas 3 opções de escolha e sem repetição.

Personal súper amable y buena ubicación: no en el ombligo de la ciudad pero bien comunicado y barrio súper tranquilo.

La cafetería-restaurante anterior nos gustaba mucho por la variedad de opciones para desayunar. Encontramos a la actual algo limitada en ese aspecto.

The location is perfect and the staff is amazing. It was a wonderful stay at the hotel and we felt at homr. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend it!

O café da manhã é muito gostoso! O elevador é um pouco assustador e o Box do banheiro molha o resto do banheiro Mas super recomendo o lugar Nota mil !! Fui muito bem atendida por todos e a localização é ótima
