The communication was great with the owners. The facility was nice and affordable. We loved the ability to walk to everything.

Tolles Studio inmitten der Altstadt.Lage Top,alles leicht zu Fuß oder mit den Bussen erreichbar.Mini Markt, div. Take away in 3min zu erreichen. Wir wurden vorweg per Mail vom Vermieter über alles Interessante informiert.Direkt hinter der Lazarus Kirche, Abfahrt Airport Bus, alle 20 min. Würde es sofort wieder buchen ! Manuela Österreich

I had a positive experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It had air conditioning, a mini kitchen, and a washing machine. It was located in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

nous nous sommes bien plu à larnaka; notre studio etait confortable(peut-etre manquait-il quelques couverts , un couteau à pain) le quartier nous a plu nous n'avons pas demandé de service de menage,celà nous semblait inutile. s

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, in a friendly and calm apartment. Good choice!!

Wspaniała lokalizacja (zaraz obok Cerkwi św. Łazarza, centralnego punktu w Larnace i niedaleko sobotniego targu warzywno-owocowego), bardzo miły właściciel, wszystko nowe i czyste, bardzo duża łazienka, najlepszy nocleg podczas pobytu na Cyprze!

Das Studio war nett eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider ging bei uns die Heizung nicht, aber wir haben nach Beanstandung eine elektrische Heizung bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Die Kirche erreicht man nach 1 Minute zu Fuß und den Strand nach knapp 10 Minuten.

Très bonne expérience dans un studio propre et calme, bien équipé, et en plein centre de Larnaca. Cadre très joliment décoré mais pas en etat neuf. Personnel très accueillant

1 bedroom was good size with private balcony with seats and double hammock. Property and amenities showing age but still comfortable. Washing machine is a bonus. Can be difficult to locate after lighting bus from airport. Even some locals ate not sure. Very quiet compared to hotels a long beach.
