房子面積很大 住得舒服 但附近很難找到食飯的地方 所以要自已預備三餐 可惜廚房設備不足 希望可以改善

很大的房车营地，入住和退房都很快，退房后还能使用营地内的所有娱乐设施。孩子很喜欢泳池，蹦床，KAYAK（收费），我们住的湖上小屋，厨房设施齐全，一个大床房很宽敞，一个2个双层床房比较小，床也比较短，湖里有很多鳗鱼、乌龟、鸭子，烧饭时传出的香味引来无数彩虹鹦鹉，总体满意，性价比不错。

酒店就在conjola湖边，有临湖小屋还有房车营地，很多当地人开房车来度假。景色非常优美，很多鸟和袋鼠，还有很多儿童游乐设施和水上乐园。房间里可以做饭，很适合全家度假，后悔只住了一晚。

The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning. Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. That means some family could hang around and muck around for the whole day. It will definitely cause conflict or argument if you walk up and ask them to hurry up. In short, 4-start facility, 1-2 star management.

Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. Most facilities around the park were good, and the staff at the kiosk were friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. However, during checkout, the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay was or engage with us at all, which felt a bit disappointing. The pool and play area also seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some improvements—especially in room comfort, staff engagement, and facility upkeep—it could be much better.

Lagoon lodge was nice and clean BUT we did have german cockaroach, staff were very nice. Pool needed to be cleaned it was dirty with bird feathers . Over all it was a okay stay.

The park is so well run, the lagoon teaming with life to entertain my granddaughter and the pool is amazing.

Our first time staying at Ingenia Holiday Park Lake Conjola and we had a wonderful experience. Booking was very easy, and after that the communication was great. The villa was ready on time and everything was well prepared. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The park felt very safe and clean, and access to all the facilities was easy. Having a shop inside the park was very convenient. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, water park, and kayaking – my kids absolutely loved it. Seeing birds and kangaroos up close was such a special experience. Cycling around the park was also a lot of fun. Overall, we had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back again.

The place needed a clean before we got there. The kitchen items were dirty, the shower had hair all over the place, there was a hair tie with hair all over it left hanging on the shampoo bottle. We stayed in a lagoon cabin thinking you could fish off the balcony which was not the case. For the price we paid it was very poor, we will not be staying or recommending them to anyone else.

The staff were very nice and helpful!! The rooms were very clean. We had a great time. Thank you.

The house is not up to thr standard in terms of cleannies, no fan in one of the rooms and it's not comfy given the heat and that the AC is in the living room. Services should offered on a daily basis. Beautiful atmosphere with nice natural environment birds and animals. Not enough shops mearby. Had to drive 28 mins for proper shopping. Overpriced too!
