We were greet with this lady wearing glasses. It took us almost an hour to check in because she was doing something else when check us in such as answering the phone and helping other guest which is very impolite when there is a guest in front of you and you are doing something else. Her face look unhappy when communicated with us. If she has that kind of face and attitude, she should work as a clerk in the back office not in hotel industry
