我们飞抵马尼拉后在这里住了一晚。下飞机后，顶楼的泳池和酒吧真是个加分项。酒店位置绝佳，步行即可轻松抵达3号航站楼。酒店附近有很多餐饮选择，而且周边环境也很不错。房间空间宽敞，足够我们一家四口居住。

酒店位置离机场3号航站楼很近，步行即可到达，但距离市中心却非常远，开车可能需要45分钟。马尼拉的交通状况令人抓狂。如果您大部分时间都待在马尼拉市区，我不建议您选择这里。除了地理位置之外，其他方面都很棒。

我们需要重点检查一下卧室椅子的清洁情况。那里有一股难闻的气味。我们不知道是什么味道。

Belmont hotel is my second home so convenient and homey

The staffs were amazing! From the front desk up to housekeeping & concierge. The concierge helped bring our bags from the hotel to Runway Manila & was so friendly. Being 2 ladies with heavy luggage, this felt like a blessing in disguise. Will definitely recommend & come back again :)

Internet is slow. Room service is very bad. I book one big bed but they give me 2 twin bed.

Location was ideal. Its okay to not book with breakfast if you want to go cheap. There is mcdonalds and lawson downstairs which you can take out food and starbucks if you wanna have your coffee fix, only a few steps from the terminal 3 via runway manila, we booked a ride since were travelling with a baby and a lot of luggages, they arranged for us on check out. If you wanna go clubbing and nightlife there are safe bars nearby but they do require you to dress up a bit. Newport mall is about 5 min walk. Staff is accomodating and helpful. The room was not the best but is at par with other 4star hotels weve stayed. Only caveat that I had was the room they gave us is a double twin, for a married guest with a baby why would you even give a double twin? Apart from that the rest is ok. Moneys worth? Yeah.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, I would like to visit again due to the great service. I'll gladly recommend Belmont Hotel to my friends and family.

Great staying here.accesible, convenient & affordable. I love the scent of their signature greentea bathroom amenities. The only downside of it is, no sound proof. You can hear the noise to the other room from wall to wall, especially the pressure of the water.

Hair strand in my food! Poor food safety assurance and weak food safety management systems. I discovered a hair strand in my food considering this is 4-star hotel. I notified their staff about this through email and I received an apology letter informing that they reiterated to use gloves hairnet in areas of preparation and they conducted an emergency meeting about this. Reiteration is just like putting band aid on a bullet wound. Their existing control is not effective as I found a hair strand in my food. It will happen again. The restaurant needs major improvement particularly on food monitoring procedures, the integrity of your hairnet if it is snugly fitted to your workers. Do they have fit testing before they enter the area including the frequency of changing? How about the areas of preparation? Do they train their staff on how to use the hairnet correctly or just give it and let them wear. I believe there's no hair strand inside a raw egg during preparation or it might be accidentally placed in the sliced meat and vegetables. Horrible experience and unacceptable. After escalating my questions after my second complaint, I received no answer at all. Poor guest service recovery and seems that they consider food safety as not a major issue. Strictly observe the food being served before you eat it.

The hotel is perfect for those who has early flights which is very close to the airport. Comfy room and clean will comeback again🙂

Check in and check out was very good. Staff are helpful. Room was too small. Not worth it for the money value. Worst was the constant noise all time especially evening and early morning hours. Seems like a door was constantly closing and opening. Also a sound of tap ca be heard always.

Belmont hotel is perfect for staycation, it was clean and comfy. The staff were really accommodating and pleasant to every guest. The hotel has a good security system.

My stay at Belmont was really comfortable. Buying it here on app was a lot cheaper than booking in person. The only problem I encountered here is when we were asked 3x for our room # during breakfast. It was pretty annoying.

Everything is ok specially they have handsome hotel staff 🤗 The only bad experience is that I heard everything they do at the next room, I was not able to sleep well.
