Our room was handicap accessible, which was fine but the bathroom door latch was stuck and then it fell apart and during the stay it would have a loud noise coming from the air vent in the bathroom.

Second time here; restaurants and entertainment within plaza. Breakfast very good. Wish pool was heated, but still very enjoyable. Beds are comfortable. Would stay here again!

Me toco habitacion de servicios especiales, un poco incomoda la ducha. Pero el personal super amable en todo momento. El gimnasio ocupa mejora y mantenimiento asi como el desayuno, recomendaria jugos naturales, mejor opciones de comida y variedad como en otroa holiday inn.

The property is in a really nice place of the city, there are several restaurants and also bars around the hotel, the place was very clean. The room was very nice., the only thing was the TV was not a smart TV so it would be nice if it had smart TV and be able to watch Netflix or other streaming platforms when you’re not out and about
