ROOM SIZE IS TOO SMALL

It's such a wonderful place, the staff are so friendly. The room m are very tidy and clean. Location is unbeatable as well!! Will definitely come stay again

The breakfast needs improvement in terms of choices, add more slice fresh fruit and hot foods on the buffet.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit der freistehenden Badewanne und der großen Dusche war perfekt und auch zum Geburtstag wurde mir eine kleine Überraschung bereitet. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und machten unseren Aufenthalt sorgenlos und bequem. Gerne kommen wir erneut, sofern wir uns in Paris aufhalten werden.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind hervorragend – sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, ideal um Paris zu Fuß zu entdecken. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist auf höchstem Niveau. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We were awoken every morning to the sounds of construction above us, hammering, thuds of things being dropped, which started at 8am and continued throughout the day. One morning power to the hotel was off (likely due to the construction as the hotel was the only building without power on the street). We had previously stayed here before and truly enjoyed our stay but after this experience we will likely not stay again on our next trip. When we checked out we weren’t even asked how are stay was. For the price the stay was disappointing at best

Hotel staff was super helpful with reservations, advice, tips, very friendly. The rooms are very very small. Best pillows and bedding. Super soft towels. Room service was excellent. Everything was superb except for the most important thing. I made reservations for 2 double beds with a balcony. I got a confirmation regarding 2 double beds. I paid a price for 2 double beds. But when we got there there was only one bed. When I asked about the 2 double beds, I was told that these are 2 twin beds put together that we can separate to make 2 beds. This was absolutely not what I reserved or paid for. There was not enough space to separate the 2 beds. The room was tiny. The balcony was tiny as well, I don’t think we could even go outside to this balcony. I had to upgrade to a different bigger suite, pay even more money and I got a king bed, a couch (I was told they don’t have rooms with 2 beds) and no balcony. So although everything else was amazing, I felt that I was lied to in my reservations. I would have booked a different hotel with 2 beds. For this reason I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone. It’s very very expensive and truly not worth it.
