ROOM SIZE IS TOO SMALL

It's such a wonderful place, the staff are so friendly. The room m are very tidy and clean. Location is unbeatable as well!! Will definitely come stay again

Wonderful hotel, outstanding staff, great location! Our prestige suite was a corner room with comfortable king bed, nice sitting area and large bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. Gym was fully equipped and at a cool temp so perfect for working out.

Had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Before booking, I called the hotel twice because I received conflicting information about whether the Superior Room included a king or queen bed. On both calls, I was assured that the room had a king bed. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room actually had two twin beds pushed together to make a queen size bed so basically you fall in the cracks of the two twin beds. Extremely uncomfortable I decided to overlook this issue, but then found that the air conditioning was not working. When I reported it, I was told that I could "just open the window," which was not an acceptable solution. I was moved to another room, only to find hair in the bathtub, a used tissue on the bathroom floor. Although they clean the old hair in the bathroom and picked up the tissue, no one apologized. Instead, the staff appeared irritated and inconvenienced by having to address the issue. The following day, I was told I can move back to my original room because the air conditioning had been repaired, unless I wanted to change rooms again for my second night. At that point, I explained that my experience had been far below expectations and requested to speak with a manager. No manager ever called me. They did email me saying they heard I was unhappy with the room. Overall, the room was not as described, cleanliness was unacceptable and for them to say I was unhappy with the room as if it was me complaining. Please find yourself another 5 star.

Hotel is great. Staff is awesome, except two individuals, the first one at reception was friendly and nice but very unhelpful and she thought her vagueness was funny or cute, the second one, at the breakfast area, was rude and so impolite. Everyone else gave an outstanding service, great attitude and true willingness to help, accommodate and provide great experience. Breakfast was very bad though. Rooms are awesome. Super clean hotel. I 100% recommend, will return but will have breakfast elsewhere.

The breakfast needs improvement in terms of choices, add more slice fresh fruit and hot foods on the buffet.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit der freistehenden Badewanne und der großen Dusche war perfekt und auch zum Geburtstag wurde mir eine kleine Überraschung bereitet. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und machten unseren Aufenthalt sorgenlos und bequem. Gerne kommen wir erneut, sofern wir uns in Paris aufhalten werden.
