女兒突然生病，那晚的服務員態度十分友善，而且樂意幫助，在幾天後再遇上也主動關心和問慰！ 可惜是房間電視壞了，未能享用！

Upon arrival it took 40 minutes to check in. The remote control for the TV did not work. Wed morning after having breakfast the key would not open the door. Went to desk The desk made new keys twice which did not work the desk staff had to come up and change the battery on the door lock which wasted 45 minutes of our time. There is cigarette burns in the closet floor. Carpet in the room needs cleaning. The nightstand drawers are glued shot the doorstop in the back of bathroom door has lose screws it has sharp edges which cut the back of my leg. The Sink is lose faucet has no water pressure neither does the shower Elevator light is not working for 3rd floor Mattress next to window has no support it sinks in the center. The pool is full of algae and water was green. The lobby chairs are full of stains and in terrible shape

Rooms smelled stale and musty. They were clean and restocked. There was no internet, not the fault of the hotel, from a widespread outage so there was no television. Additionally without WiFi, cell reception was poor. The staff were friendly. The toilet would only flush at least an hour after the previous person had used it.

The bathroom has been updated with new fixtures and was very clean. The furnishings and carpet are old & worn out, especially the lobby which is the first impression. The staff was very nice.

Hotel was clean, no problem with check in…. But there was a lot of noise, people slaming doors, laoud music and talking or fighting

It’s was decent and clean , had free breakfast..powdered eggs fruit and sausage and also oatmeal . They have a waffle maker as well and a nice espresso machine to make cappuccino and all kinds of stuff . The pool was green and I wouldn’t get in it at the time I stayed end of June 2025 . Workout room was pretty good with machines and plenty of free weights

Very professional

I’ll start with what was good. The room was clean. First off, I was there for business, so internet was crucial. The internet was spotty at best. Had to use my phone as a hot spot for most of the time. The smoke detector in the room was just wires hanging from the ceiling. The pillows are the size of a throw pillow. They had black electrical tape on the bottom of the elevator button panel. Breakfast which was included was basically cold cereal or a biscuit. I do not recommend staying here.

Just did a quick drive weekend stay with my son in Houston. Was about 10 minutes from him so worked out perfectly. Staff was courteous, place was clean, the room was spacious, nice lobby area. Didn't make it to breakfast cause the room was comfy.

Pros +right by Walmart +close to food/retail +free breakfast, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, breads, juices, milk +black dude front desk super nice +cleaning ladies nice and attentive +higher ceiling in room than expected Cons -room smelled musty mildew -carpet dirty my baby’s feet were getting grey just waking around barefoot 5 min -saw a cockroach and a roly poly -microwave was rusty inside(asked for a new one and they gave me another way better condition!) -no cribs (even though online it said they had)

The convenience of the location and comfort of the room

Good hotel. Disappointed that breakfast didn't start earlier - we stayed due to our daughter playing in a softball tournament. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by

Clean and breakfast has many options

Police cars wet arresting someone in the parking lot, the lady at the front desk is overworked because she puts everyone on hold for long periods of time, promoting breakfast but only cook what they have in stock so you won’t get a full breakfast. Housekeeping never came

Sink water flow is very small to the degree that is almost not usable, shower water flow is good. Breakfast option is limited but adequate. There is hot and also cold drinking water available 24 hours a day and that is very convenient. Overall it’s a basic hotel with sensible amenities. We do recommend this hotel.

It was a horrible experience and I will never come back to this place. The breakfast was horrible and nothing was replenished after it would finish. This hotel had frogs coming out of the side of the pool area and the key card door machine seem to be outdated as I would have to go and reassign my key cards.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Housekeeping was great. Was a great location.

I had a great stay while visiting family and friends in North Houston.

I liked the convenience and location.
