Hotel stay was awesome :) Breakfast plentiful and delicious! Great pool, hot tub and waterslide for the kids! 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom suite option with full kitchen was awesome ...all the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful...we will be back. Thank-you :)

Very spacious room, lobby was excellent to host our group, area of the city was very convient. Staff was very friendly.

The service was incredible and as we were dealing with the loss of our dear mother, the staff brought flowers to our room and a card sending their condolences. We were extremely thankful for the kindness.

To many things are ongoing renovations right now. Should be great once finished. Negatives Pool closed You have to pay for parking Some rooms are tired

The reading light in our room did not work, the elevator to the pool was out of service, and the jets in the hot tub did not work.

From the moment i checked in and for the remainder of the stay, all of the property staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and engaging. Thank you for a great stay.

I had an excellent stay at Residence Inn. I especially would like to highlight how helpful the staff was with us, particularly dealing with an elderly-disabled guest and a pet. The room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and had a filling breakfast. I would recommend this place, as it is ideal for families.

Room was nice enough although bed was not super tidy. That always is cause for concern.
