J'ai adoré l'expérience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an early check-in fee that was never mentioned in advance, which felt unfair and dishonest. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they brought me a fan, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After I complained, they eventually changed my room. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The door to my room would not lock, which is a serious safety issue. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, hidden charges, maintenance problems, and safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Très désuet et ä manqué d’entretiens et d’être gardé au goût du jour. Très vieillot. Mais pas cher.

Le support de douche n'etait pas brisé...il etait abscent. Donc j'ai du prendre ma douche a 4 pattes pour avoir de l'eau sur la tete.

Our previous stay at this hotel was in the new building (which is separate from the old one) and we were satisfied as we enjoyed a quiet night. This time, our room was in the 'old' (main) building. The dirty ripped old rugs, a broken door to the parking lot, missing paint on doors, small spots of rust in the bath, a defective faucet, etc. attest to the incipient decrepitude of this building. Soundproofing is always a challenge but it was particularly absent as a team occupied a lot of the floor with young adults running, laughing and talking in the corridor well after 11pm...

Amelioration possible pour le déjeuner

besoin de rénover chambres... oreillers à changer...

Correct pour le prix. Acceuil excellent, propreté du lit et douche A1, mais poussière un peu partout ds la chambre, traces suspectes sur les murs… tres mal rénovée… mais pour une nuit ca va.

Chambre spacieuse, douche rénovée, le nettoyage du sol de la chambre aurait pu être plus propre, genre passer la balayeuse. La porte extérieure ne s’ouvrait pas avec la carte et j’ai fait recoder les deux cartes d’accès. Sinon bon prix et quartier tranquille.

Le plancher de la chambre n'était pas propre. Il y avait des cheveux et de la saleté. Le déjeuner devait être inclut, mais l’endroit pour le prendre, très petit et nous n’avons pas été en mesure d’avoir une table.

Staffs are so cooperative and helping nature. Room size and cleanliness was best. Room AC is superb. All room ammenities are best in rating.

Le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait dans la chambre / salle de bain (cheveux par terre…). L’ensemble de l’expérience m’a pas été très agréable
