Air conditionné très bruyant

Queen Mattress on double-bed box spring was my only surprise. The breakfast had hot and cold items which was also good, and the coffee machine in the front had great coffee and coffee-style selections like cappuccino and French vanilla. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean comfortable room. Nice bed, excellent bathroom and shower. Sadly emergency alarm went off for 20 minutes, ruined nights sleep. No sorry, no shagrin,,, dont relate to this attitude. Still good facility

The room was spacious and clean. Shower and tub were huge. The staff was very friendly and present. Breakfast was good, good choices, cafeteria was very clean. The hotel is located close to restaurants at walking distance. Only negative point; the air conditionner was very loud.

Was charged for wifi, even though expedia says it is included and breakfast room was very tiny even for 7-8 persons. Customer service was food. Front staff was great.

Not satisfied with our stay!! The room smelled really bad. The shower head wasn’t working properly!!

The staff , was extremely pleasant and helpful. The night clerk/manager was very helpful with a problem we encountered with the people directly above our room. They had brought in a dog (against the hotel policy). They left the dog in the room alone and it was barking incessantly. The fellow who was working that night took care of the problem and had the dog removed. He was very kind and communicative. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, However we found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable. Also the pillows are lumpy and not good quality. The sheets felt very rough. The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room is way too small to accommodate all the guests. I think this hotel is in need of some physical upgrades.

We stayed 1 night, the room was clean,ac worked well,bathroom was clean,reasonable price,continental breakfast was okay,staff was helpful,quick check in and out. About 30-40 minutes from downtown Montreal. If I go that area, I would stay again,
