员工还不错，挺和善的。

设施不足。没有热水壶。楼下是公用的熨斗，很不方便。虽然有热水，但是不够热，所以没法加热即食食品。而且还得下楼去，很不方便。酒店里都是斯里兰卡籍的外籍劳工，住在马来西亚，却看不到马来西亚人。我不喜欢住这样的酒店。房间里弥漫着印度教和祈祷的气味，让人很不舒服。前台不会说马来语，只会说英语。感觉就像在国外一样无聊。满分5星的话，我只能给3星。

酒店干净舒适，员工也很友好……下次我去马来西亚，还会选择这家酒店。

It was a bad experience for me and my whole family... I was traumatized by the tragedy that I had to deal with...next time please find another person who could be and give much better service as a receptionist....or just find other hotels...

Room light was very bright and really hurt my eye. Towel looked dirty and not fluffy. No mug and kettle at first. But wifi is very good.

Kota Damansara business hotel is nice. room clean and good. the staff very nice and friendly with customer. and the hotel very safe because the staff always 24 hours on the entry of gate. I will back again in my next holiday.

Should have be more concern about the cleanliness of the hotel.

It's worth my money, yet it will be better if they improve their cleanliness.
