Pictures on the website are not realistic. Pictures of standard suites on the website showed satisfactory images but when we got here we were surprised to see that the shower has no doors or curtains. Even worse the showers are see through and the soap is only slightly larger than my thumb and the TV has only 2 functioning channels. The aircon is ok and the hot water is working, but the toilet takes three flushes to flush waste. The lock is somewhat hard to open even when using a key.

Staffs were accomodating. Had a great stay.

Good location but shower is not fully functional

Room is good and satisfying. Also the security personnel very accommodating helping us with our luggage. Staffs are good excluding the staff and the receptionist on our arrival, hard to deal with. Breakfast is okay but the restaurant needs renovation or just simply needs some cleaning especially the pool.

The sink in the comfort room is crack. Toilet smells unpleasant, I think their exhaust fan doesn't work too. Hot shower doesn't work well, the tub can't be used due to the drainage uncovered/ without cover. And the swimming pool is not indicated that it was outside the hotel premises, we really thought we could enjoy the swimming pool but naahhh. We rather stayed all day in our room and just bought food outside and just waiting for our flight via Clark airport. But the staff are great.

The hotel was great though the wifi was slow. There also had a free breakfast and its near to attraction areas.

The room is not that clean. They only have a small table, no chairs. The shower area and the comfort room is separate. The shower is hard to operate. The cr is not that clean. Nobody helped my husband carry the luggage since our room is on the second floor. When we had our breakfast, the place where we ate is also dirty, even the pool is dirty. When we checked out, nobody helped with the luggage. We're not coming back!

Flexible. They allowed me to move the date because my son was sick on the date we originally booked the room. The hotel staffs were accommodating. A lot of free amenities like the massage chair, PCs, wifi, pool, billiard table, etc.

We stayed here to celebrate my daughters birthday.. and gladly we enjoyed our stay here. Budget friendly, the deluxe room is big enough for family. It also has bathtub on it the only problem is the mini bar/ref is not working.. also the free breakfast good for two and masarap at sulit.. worth the price you pay.

Was given an upgraded room since the room I booked is unavailable. -WIFI is really weak. I needed to go to the window for me to use my data. Make your wifi connection great. - I could feel the strings of the bed, so uncomfortable -spider web in the toilet - the system in their bathtub is little bit confusing to use. I guess, the ordinary shower room is much better. however, Staff is accommodating. They are friendly and nice. It's just that the amenities a rent. I guess they gave me the upgraded room but couldnt feel it is an upgraded room.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms. For the price and the tag we expected they were deluxe rooms. The room sizes were both decent and the staff were friendly and helpful. But on cleanliness, this hotel should never be considered. Bathroom smells really bad and dirty. You can see dried water splashes on the wall. Sink was clogged, toilet flush can only be used once every hour. Bathroom floors were both dirty. The bed-they only top the fitted sheet with the uncovered duvet.-no flat sheet insert and no top sheet. I was hoping they wash it every check out. On the other room- there was only top sheet on top of the fitted sheet. No flat sheet insert and no duvet. Breakfast was fine except for the bread. They were old. And the pool side. The pool was dirty and we couldn't even see the tiles because the water was thick green and lots waste. It was just a waste of money. Sorry for this review. But for the value of what we paid. This place should not be considered as hotel.

The staffs were so helpful. My family was so glad after cancelling other hotel and jumping to 999 hotel. The hotel is a 3 star hotel but cater what we need all the time. ideal for family as their family room is much better than any we check in others

酒店老板人很好，餐厅经理也很好（我猜）。他们把我的房间从大床房升级到了豪华房。前台附近有一张免费按摩椅，预订包含免费WiFi和双人免费早餐。床很大，很舒服。我绝对会推荐这家酒店。我们一定会再来的。
