一切都很棒！离道顿堀很近（从酒店出来可以直接步行到道顿堀）。如果你再去大阪，我一定会再次住在这里。

我在这里住了 4 个晚上，房间里的空调没有温度控制设置，所以房间感觉很闷，房间很热而不是很冷，我向酒店工作人员投诉，但没有得到解决和负责，他们只给了我一个解决方案，即给我一个风扇或打开房间窗户，这家酒店不是很干净，房间里没有空调，只有一个室温加热器。大堂也不冷，大堂的冷温度也是取决于酒店外面的温度，当客人进入酒店门打开时，酒店外面的冷风就会进入大堂。 地理位置非常优越，靠近日本桥地铁站，靠近小型超市、道顿堀和新西桥，还有很多美食场所。便利设施还不错，只是没有口罩。与大阪的其他酒店相比，这家酒店的房间面积非常小。投币洗衣机只有3台，如果有人使用，它们总是被长时间放置而不被拿走，因此很多用户无法使用洗衣机。这家酒店非常不舒服，因为在炎热的房间里你根本没法入睡，不建议在大阪入住。

Self check in/out. The receptionist staff are less friendly. The hotels close from Dotonbori, but super crowd especially in the lobby. The space of the room really small to pack or unpack my stuff. The center wifi is very slow.

Kami mengalami masalah dengan karena app memesankan kami kamar smoking ketika voucher tertulis non-smoking, tetapi staf hotel yang baik mencarikan kami alternatif kamar yang ada. Sangat dekat dari stasiun kereta dan juga dotonbori. Sarapan cukup lengkap dan enak, terutama soba nya.

The lobby is super spacious but unfortunately the room itself is so small. People would think it's a big hotel by seeing the lobby but turns out the room space is just like an average cheap monthly rent room in my country. The location is great. Other than the room space, I think it's a good hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. If I come back to Japan, I will stay here again.

Near to Dotonbori. They have amenities such as bath powder, sleeping yukata, any instant drinks and you can take as much as you want. But please don't waste it. You can drink the tap water (I can't do it at my hotel in Tokyo and Kyoto)

Sotetsu Hotel is strategically located because it is right across from Dotonburi. But for me personally, I don't really like it because it's crowded. The hotel is also close to the subway station. If you go from the airport to the hotel using a limousine bus, you will get off at Doton Plaza and it will be 3 minutes to the hotel. The room itself is still okay and standard for Japanese hotels in general.
