Attendance staff, good. However, we booked 3 adults but given us as 2 single beds. Hot water isn't available, feels like cool-warm water.

Bilik bersih. Check in mase pkpb jadi siaran TV tak de. So far everything good.

Nice hotel in the middle of KT city and new shopping complex KTCC. This hotel is no own parking, MPKT parking.

Everything was ok. It just that please provide the space to put cloth (to hang) and more hanger

Selesa, cuma channel TV yang dah xde dalam list tidak ditambah atau diganti staff terbaik.

Bilik okay tapi kecik and ruang tak banyak. Tandas besar okay sangat cuma rasa mcm padat sebab takdak ruang. Tingkap takdak.

Sangat selesa dan cantik. Tapi sayangnya nak parking agak susah. Parking tak banyak saya kena tunggu sejam untuk dapatkan parking. Harap pihak pengurusan boleh sediakan lebih banyak parking. Overall satisfied with the service and so on. Friendly staff. Thanks.

Unfriendly receptionist. not notify us to inform there is exception for parking rate for hotel residence, so we get fine from Majlis Perbandaran

Nice room. Walaupun kami dapat tukar bilik sebab blackout, layanan terbaik.

Room clean, new and comfy. however for parking first come first serve, and hotel pay for parking only from 8am-12 noon, you need to ready ceiling for pay parking.

a nice place to stay for a short time vacation . Have a nice and clean room and bathroom .
