员工友善，英语流利。设施尚可。推荐入住一两晚，不建议长期入住。

一切都很好，浴室、休息室、休息室、睡眠舱都不错，但是这里的人有点吵闹，而且作息时间也不一样……有些人甚至会在睡眠舱里和朋友打电话聊上几个小时。

Proses cek in yang cukup cepat, sayangnya kapsul hotel ini tidak mempunyai ruang penyimpanan koper yang besar.

Point plus + Harga cukup murah + Dekat Gotanda Station + Dekat minimarket dan supermarket + Dapat Piyama (baju tidur) + Dapat Handuk besar dan kecil + Dapat Sandal hotel + Dapat Sikat dan pasta gigi + Mandi air panas, lumayan jika cape abis jalan2 + Lounge di lantai 7 + Internet cepat Point minus - Mandi bareng tamu lain, sekat kaca tanpa pintu - Shower mandi hanya ada di basement - Tiap lantai hanya ada WC - Kawasan redlight district (kecil).

Hotel yang bagus buat para backpacker, karyawan sopan karena di Jepang sangat terkenal ramah sama costumernya. Recommended buat yang mau ke Tokyo.

Capsule hotel, simple check-in. We can't bring suitcase to the room, put it in 1st floor near lobby. There are 7 floors, 2till 6 is guestroom, 7th is lounge. Very clean. Pajama, towel and all amenities is free. Internet great. The minus things is, everytime we leave, must give the key (locker) to receptionist. And despite we stay for 4 nights, every 10am we must check-out, clean our stuff from capsule, and back to room after 1 pm. It means that we can't stay all day in our capsule. They don't have microwave, hot water for drink, vending machine.

Hotel kapsul yang menyenangkan, desain interior yang apik, kecil tapi efisien dan nyaman. Amenities diganti setiap hari (satu stel piyama, handuk besar dan kecil, slippers, sikat gigi dan odol), fasilitas oke (WiFi kencang), (Sauna dan lokasi room, kamar mandi bersamanya banyak dan wangi sabun-shampoo serta conditionernya enak banget). bakal balik lagi kesini. Untuk kamar mandi dan sauna lihat di google saja ya, soalnya tidak boleh bawa kamera.

Saya cuma sendiri, tapi pas datang kenapa jadi 2 guest. Gimana ini? Tolong balikkan hak saya.

The moment you step into the lobby, you can smell and feel the sauna warmth which was impossible to decline in winter. The staff service was excellent and the amenities were superb. 10/10 would come here again.

the system is very good. they provided pajamas and towel for you everyday. the sauna is very nice. they will clean your bed everyday so you needed to checkout every time.

Tempatnya sangat strategis dari stasiun Gotanda, pegawainya sangat welcome dan informatif. sangat menyenangkan bagi backpacker. In recommended.

Hotel sangat bersih dan nyaman untuk buat keperluan tidur. Bantal dan tempat tidur sangat bagus dan nyaman. Sangat baik buat kesehatan sebagai penopanh tubuh sehingga kita bisa maksimal beristirahat.
