Pésimo internet y fallas en la TV sin poder solucionarlo

El personal que nos recibio, y el de la cocina muy amigables. La habitation estuvo muy limpia. Lo que no me gusto fue que la alberca dijeron que estaría abierta apartir de las 8am pero seguía sucia y el personal fue a limpiarla hasta 10min antes de las 10am y estuvo lista 10.20am

The location, the free breakfast are great, some of the staff are nice others not so much. Towells are no so great, also we had small dog and we were asked to pay $200 pesos per day. It is also very noisy from 5 in the morning to 10at night from being in one heavyly transited street.

Every thing was really good

I did not stayed because the pictures in the app are super old the property looks abandoned, and creepy I tied to cancel minutes after and they did not let me it was because the property don’t look like the picture at all called the property and called Expedia and did not want to cancel and refund my money

Terrible el internet, la TV no funcionaba, la gente de mostrador mal encarados. En fin

El wifi aún y cuando tienen varios puntos es lento y se desconecta. Lo demás está muy bien.

Desayuno muy rico

No había agua para tomar en la habitación etc

We booked a suite, aware that there was no elevator, and ascended to our room. The suite was exceptionally spacious. It featured a Jacuzzi, which we attempted to utilize, but it consistently expelled a significant amount of debris back into the room, resulting in an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property is not particularly new, but it is satisfactory. The staff was also commendable. What we particularly enjoyed was the restaurant, where the cuisine was exceptionally delectable.

Las habitaciones están limpias y el Hotel está ubicado en una zona muy segura. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y sin duda lo volvería a hacer de nuevo.

Even do that the room didn’t look like the pictures.we like the property . Great for our pet . Everything close by . Will book again .
