Italian dinner is pretty good except it does not have ice cream

It’s not worth to me.

The hotel asked the time you arrive beforehand and drove you from the bus station to the hotel, as well as back to the bus station after check-out. The hotel was near the Ice Festival Site, about 5-min walk. Besides, the hotel was 10-min walk from the restaurants area. The room was facing the lake and there was an indoor onsen in the room. Guests could enjoy the view while bathing in onsen. Guests could also reserve an outdoor onsen for an hour. We recommend reserving the outdoor onsen in day time since we saw nothing but darkness when we went to the outdoor onsen. Dinner was Italian style while breakfast was Japanese style. We enjoy both meals but we love the Japanese style breakfast more. We will definitely booked the same hotel next time.

Our second visit to Suimeikaku. We visited last year and this time we brought two other friends to join us. We all share the same wonderful experience as last year. Perfect getaway.

酒店服務人員很用心，日式早餐很精緻，晚上能夠在這裡享用非常美味的意大利餐真的很不錯，配合優美的環境，真是人生一大享受，值得推薦！

Nice refreshing stay after landing at Chitose Airport for start of journey around Hokkaido. Cozy onsen hotel with western style dinner of gourmet standard.

車可以泊在酒店正門，房間很大，景觀美麗，房內有溫泉及按摩按，另外有兩個室外溫泉，可每個室外溫泉享一小時，非常舒服，西式晚餐十分精緻，遊船碼頭就在附近，晨早九時十分坐第一班船，竟然未有其他遊客，之後回房再浸溫泉，正。

第二次到北海道，又再次入住這家支笏湖旁的酒店。冬天的雪景極美，除了少數一日遊旅客，附近環境十分寧靜，酒店只有八個房間，餐廳內可享受很親切的服務。日式早餐很精緻，晚上的意大利餐也在日本比較少有，非常美味。值得推薦！

一去到冰天雪地，拖住行李搵酒店，其中一間商店見到就立刻幫我call酒店，5分鐘後酒店職員就駕私家車接載。故此地點較其他遠也沒有所謂。所有職員都非常友善，設施非常整潔。我認為較其他酒店優勝地方是景觀，雪景及湖景真的無敵，加上房內設有按摩椅，浸完溫泉望住個景按摩，無得輸！

The best hotel among our 10 days vacation in Hokkaido. This hotel provide high quality of food, view, service, room condition.

The lake is really peaceful during winter and the hotel is right next to the lake. With only 8 rooms, the hotel is really quiet all day and is a great choice for spending 1 to 2 nights. The Japanese style breakfast served at restaurant with view of the lake is great. The staff at the restaurant are well trained and polite.

非常近湖，環境迷人，有兩款不同的室外溫泉可以選擇，室內有1個私用池，一路望湖一路浸溫泉，感覺舒暢！自從確認酒店後一路都有職員跟進食物及溫泉安排，非常周到！有兩樣意見：晚餐不是日式，是西式或意式，感覺不完美！ 另外，溫泉服飾是單一啡色的，不夠華麗！

Only wifi signal sometimes too weak & no wifi in room but it doesn't matter, we still highly recommend this hotel & will consider to stay in next visit.
