非常高兴，房间很干净，工作人员很友好。

天哪！办理入住不到 1 小时，退房也很快。非常不舒服，墙壁上全是霉菌的黑色斑点，马桶是黄色的。房间也有异味，隔音效果也不太好。房间的照片完全不真实。最初我想选择一些更经济的东西。这是第一次，我不会再随意选择酒店了。

The room is quiet small, the bed is way too flabby, AC super cold. The hotel located in kopitiam area.

Hotel bersih. Tetapi lingkungan sekitar nya kumuh. Banyak gelandang tidur di emperan saat pagi.

Hotel is very clean, comfy, near hotel lots of food and 24h, close to the JB city square mall and have night market.

Lokasi memang strategis, namun ternyata cuma semacam ruko gitu hotelnya di tengah-tengah pertokoan yang padat, sepertinya kusen-kusen jarang dilap ya, agak kotor.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman dan tenang untuk beristirahat, dekat dengan pusat kuliner, strategis dekat ke Mall dan JBS.

Kamar hotel sangat berisik baik dari jalan raya dan tamu yang lain.

Too dirty. Floor, bed cover, bed, pillow and toilet.

The place is so strategic. The food place easy to find.

Kamar pengap, ceret berkerak, tv tidak jernih. Karena hanya 1 malam, saya memilih tidak complain ke petugasnya secara langsung. Namun kamar bersih dan petugas ramah, check in/out juga cepat prosesnya.

Room was not very clean. Wifi network connection was bad. Hotel got not enough hotel slippers, only managed to get 1 pair for 2 pax. Good thing is the location though, just opposite city square and a lot amenities nearby.

Near to any street food in JB and very near to one of the most famous night marker in JB.

Convenient hotel with a lot of food stalls in the surrounding area. The staffs at the front desk are warm and helpful. The room size is okay for the price point. The bath room is large. We had minor issue with the toilet lid during our stay but was not a big deal. The parking lot is somewhat limited. The hotel is located right next to a kedai runcit that sells daily needs, over-the-counter medicine, snacks, drinks, and even bags of teh tarik for you to bring home. Do visit Pasar Karat nearby at night for a sight seeing and the foods. A laundromat is also within a walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant two nights here.

Kamarnya bagus, staf-stafnya baik, pelayan bagus, mantap, recommended deh, lokasi sangat strategis dkt dengan kuliner makanan, mau ke jb central tinggal jln kaki aja 10 menit.

I'm give 4 stars because the floor is sticky when its wet but had a nice stay, hotel near to restaurants and grocery store next building.

Nice environment. I love it. However my room space a bit small, but it ' s OK to stay for short period.

Great location with lots of street food just outside the hotel. We were here many yrs ago when it was newly renovated and we were pretty impressed. But now the hotel looked old. The price is good. We will stay here again for the location. Thank you.

We enjoyed the stay but bed and pillow are dirty, have bed bugs.
