酒店员工非常友好，可以加瓶装水，他们还帮忙在凌晨5点叫了出租车去机场。酒店位置靠近梳邦路火车站，周围有很多餐馆，营业到很晚。豪华房很宽敞，水压也很好，空调也不错，只是需要调到5-11档才能正常工作。总的来说，这家酒店很不错。感谢Traveloka提供的价格。

酒店位置便利，周边环境也很好，设施齐全，既不太拥挤也不太安静。 我预订房间后，酒店没有通知我房间已满，所以我要求换房。我不接受这个安排，第一次打电话过去时，工作人员拒绝了，说没有空房，我得等到第二天。我不得不亲自去酒店投诉，才终于立刻换到了房间，这让我很意外。另外，酒店只开了暖气，但当时房间并不冷，反而有点热。最后，我不得不另外要了一台风扇。 客房服务按时打扫了房间，但还是留下了灰尘和头发。不过，我把这些问题都告诉了酒店，他们听取了我的意见并进行了改进。总的来说，我觉得这次入住体验还不错，以后还会再来。

Kamar bersih, perlengkapan di kamar lengkap kecuali sikat gigi dan odol karena hampir semua hotel tidak menyediakan. Ada microwave dan mesin cuci itu yang paling membantu, apalagi setelah perjalanana lama. Didepan ada mini market. Cuma minusnya agak susah cari makanan halal buat yang muslim. Ke train station lumayan dekat.

Very nice place for holiday with family

The hotel is far from Seoul city centre, but close to Balsan station. The train ride to city centre takes almost an hour, with a few line transfers. If you are coming with big luggage, there is an elevator at one of the exit (not the one close to the hotel) but you will need to cross the main road to get to the hotel. There is a GS25 convenient store in front of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that can be a huge plus point to many.

สะดวกสบาย ใกล้ รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน บริเวณรอบๆ มีร้านอาหารเพียบ ของอร่อยๆทั้งนั้น 55 ส่วนห้องก็ไม่กว้างมากค่ะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีเครื่องซักผ้าด้วย ดีจรงนี้แหละ! ใดๆเรามาพักที่นี่ 3 ครั้งเเล้ว ชอบค่ะ

If you consider traveling with your couple, do not book double room because the bed was too small for. The hotel is too far from downtown, and if available exit with elevator is also far from the hotel (if you consider taking subway from airport, it does matter!) Good things, there were bunches of restaurants nearby, and the room was equipped with kitchen and washing machine.

We had to stay there for 2 nights (11/11/16 till 13/11/16). They have a classic Korean design. Hidden kitchen and washing machine. (You need to ask the receptionist for the frying pan and bowls if you want to do some cooking). We felt comfortable with their services. The outside view wasn't really nice because there was some construction going on. So, it was dusty and noisy. Other than that, we were really enjoyed there! This hotel is near to a convenience store and NC Department Store.
