Everyone on the hotel staff was so nice and made us feel at home. The hotel was beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The pool deck was really nice and relaxing. Our spa services were outstanding!

We enjoyed the location of the hotel at the friendly staff at the reception. The food at dinner was not really great and the overall service in the restaurant for breakfast/ dinner as well. The coffe was old and cold when served, or nobody served one for a long time etc

Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

This was my second time staying at this property and it was fantastic once again. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. I will continue to stay here when I return to Madeira. Love it....and the pool area is pretty special too!

Fantastic hotel in a great location that was close to harbour, shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet road. Lovely, well equipped room and excellent breakfast. New Year’s celebrations were outstanding and we especially enjoyed being able to view the fireworks on the roof garden, with free drinks and food provided. All of this was enhanced by a wonderful staff team. A great stay.

Équipements de bonne qualité, piscine sur le toit, parking, spa (dommage que ce dernier ne soit pas réservé aux adultes, les enfants dans cet environnement clos peuvent être particulièrement bruyants). Helpful staff, central location, comfy bed, tired gym, great happy hour every night we were there, good food, we were b&b but ate in hotel restaurant 3 nights out of 7. Would definitely consider going back to Madeira and this hotel but there are so many destinations to reach before that happens!!

Tolle Lage, schöner Spa Bereich, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Am besten hat uns die Dachterrassen mit Pool und Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer gefallen.

This was our second stay at the hotel, this time with friends, who enjoyed their visit as much as we did. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food for the vegetarians in the group. The facilities and rooms were excellent. The location is ideal. I'm hoping we'll be able to visit again!
