Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. Had secured parking for my motorcycle. Is a bit out of the old town and road can be noisy but good value stay.

Impossible d’éteindre la salle de bains ! Sinon couper toute l’électricité et alors impossible de recharger nos appareils !! Absolument à revoir ! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ces conditions et sans des améliorations. Sinon personnel gentil.

The staff was really helpful from the start to the end. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The hotel staff also helped us in finding transport. The hotel is next to a hypermarket, restaurants and bus top.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Typical Moroccan selection for breakfast. Due to the businesses in the area plenty of parking lots. Sadly it's in rooms to the main road even with closed window and A/C on not quiet until 2am as many bikes and cars are racing and honking. But not the hotels fault. Plenty of stores to shop and dine in the area.

Alors que les températures de Marrakech avoisinent les 40 degrés,a notre grande surprise il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur !! A la réception,on nous a répondu qu'il y avait effectivement des chambres sans réfrigérateur 😡 Était ce parce que nous n y sejournions qu une seule nuit !? Si nous y étions restés plusieurs jours, nous aurions demandé à changé de chambre.

Le petit-déjeuner proposé est de qualité perfectible, notamment en ce qui concerne le pain et les viennoiseries. De plus, une fuite d'eau se produit au niveau des vitres de la douche lors de son utilisation. Enfin, bien que les draps soient lavés, des taches sont constatées.

Shower leaking not nice when the water is all over the floor. I have now stayed here a few times and always had a problem with shower leaking in different rooms and the water gets very hot and cold randomly

Nicely located in a modern part of town away but not too far from the tourist activities of the Madina.
