comfortable, great staff , coffe shop and pastries, best in town

The hotel is ok, expedia sucks. I submi th s complaint because my serervation was for 12/ 13/ 2021, not the 8. But expedia never got back to me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Fairly quiet. WiFi worked as it should. Very close to an Oxxo store. An unexpected surprise.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff did not speak English but we're incredibly helpful and friendly! I would stay here again anytime!

We stayed in this hotel for one night, as we traveled a day earlier than expected and our preferred hotel was not available. It was a very modest hotel with uncomfortable beds and pillows; only one sheet (very deteriorated and old) as cover, not a comforter or bed spread. It would had been ok, until the morning after we stayed there I read a review from a person who traveled a week earlier and said they found LICE in the beds and that the workers indicated that they do not wash the bed sheets to save water. I personally didn’t find anything on the bed but just the thought of it makes me queasy.

We chose the hotel because of the 24 hour desk and the restaurant. We assumed there would be a staff member who spoke English. We did not find a restaurant - we were led around the back street to have breakfast at a tiny cafe. There was no grocery & convenience store or coffee shop - there was access to black drip coffee but no milk to have in it, or anything else. There were a couple of packets of noodles on a shelf - was that the convenience store? One staff member knew a couple of words of English but no-one else.There was no airport shuttle - we were told to get a taxi. Ordering a taxi to get back to the airport by 4.00AM was difficult and we had to ask an interpreter from another activity to help us to make sure that it arrived. There was one pamphlet re local sightseeing but this was only in Spanish. The hotel definitely does not cater for English-speaking visitors - but the staff were very friendly. The photo on the website was not taken from the street entrance - it looks very different

i checked in in about 5 minutes, and the staff was very accommodating, checkout was a breeze

We love the fact that this Hotel is walking distance to the Center of Tapachula where there are a lot of clothing and shoe stores at excellent prices, as well as some wonderful places to eat on the Central Plaza. The staff at Mo Sak has always been the greatest and make sure that you have a great experience. Any problem is quickly taken care of them. Wonderful people working there.

Unless you are well-accustomed to tropical heat near the coast, opt for the aircon. Fan only makes for a sweaty and uncomfortable night.

The hotel is nice and has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Our first room had a funky smell. We reported it and were promptly given a different one. Our next room had a fridge but it wasn't plugged in and we where not able to use it since it took pretty long to cool (it also had a weird smell). I would stay here again

Amazing comfort for the price. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave, hot water, and air conditioning. Super friendly staff.

All I can say is if I came back I would deffinetly stay here again

Fatal, íbamos a comprar una noche más y nos sacaron de hotel como a unos perros porque aún cuando ya se le había informado al supuesto gerente que nos quedaríamos una noche más y él aún así colocó las habitaciones como disponibles y no nos informaron nada yo baje a las 9am para tratar de que me ayudaran con el pago porque la tarjeta no se aparecía la compra y fue hay cuando me indicaron que no podíamos continuar en el hotel. El chico de la limpieza súmante amable pero la atención al cliente un ASCOOOOO…

Hotel barato y cómodo, excelentr atención.

Fue una excelente reservación. El hotel cumple en forma absoluta con todos los aspectos referentes a comodidades y servicio. El personal administrativo y de servicios son EXCELENTES...., en atención, amabilidades y prestancia para resolver mis necesidades o requerimientos. Una instalación con CERO ruidos.
