1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。 2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。 3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。

We stayed in Lugano one night in this beautiful hotel. We love the facilitate and service. It's a 10mins walk from the city centre though

Room was nice and manager on duty very helpful.

Hotel a little out of the main centre but only takes ten minutes to walk there. Near a bus stop to the station. Everything felt new and efficient. Room quite expensive, maybe because there aren't lots of hotels in Lugano. Room itself was sizable.

Katie who served the breakfast, was incredible and very welcoming.

Everything was walkable. Good links to bus stations especially with the Ticino ticket that gives you free public transport. I wasn’t aware of this until the concierge informed me. Room was nice enough and breakfast had enough options.

Very little hotel. All was good. Fridge and kettle in room. Superclean. Only downside was the hard bed.

Siamo stati malissimo, la struttura è modesta in un posto brutto, per risparmiare, forse perché senza clienti, hanno abbassato la temperatura delle camere, abbiamo trascorso una notte al freddo. Il commento della reception è stato: prossima volta vi diamo una coperta in più, come se uno andasse in bagno con la coperta o col cappotto. Vergogna

Excellent experience

Good basic services without extras.

Confortable, moderne, excellent petit déjeuner, arrêt de bus à l’entrée. Le personnel est un peu en dessous, pas très pro.

Modernes Zimmer und sehr freundliche Dame beim Frühstück. Kann es nur weiter Empfehlen!
