Check in late. Reason because hotel full. What the hack. And the receptionist a little bit rude.

Room clean & comfirt but the toilet to small and not clean.

I booked the room for my parents and they loved the place and it was convenient location.

The hotel room are so nice and we have a good experience staying there. But the receptionist are a bit rude. And please ask for the room with window, because the room without window are totally not worth to stay.

The air conditional leaking and the toilet were dirty.

oklah. I ask to take picture of my family but the guy ask me to get help from tut-tut driver.. what the f?

Pintu toilet susah untuk tutup rapat, aircond tak boleh diubah suhu, yang bagusnya, hotel berdekatan dengan lee garden, 7E, kimyong market.

Berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan.

Hotel sangat selesa dengan harga yang murah, hanya jalan kaki untuk shopping.

The hotel’s staff were friendly but one of the cleaner came inside our room without our acknowledge! We knew about this after we saw some food and drink on our table and that was not ours! That is really unacceptable because we never ask for room service or room cleaning. The hotel’s staff cant give a better or satisfied explanation to us.

Very not recommended hotel for foreign tourist. The service of the receptionist really bad. Both 2 receptionist are not friendly when we asking for help or ask about the city. And remember to check the drinks in the refrigerator before staying at the room. Because they charge me for the drink that i didn’t drink. After we argue about 15 mins, finally they refund my deposit full with grumbling with they foreign language. And the hotel is creepy and a bit dark on 10th floor where i stay.

Hotel dah cantik n selesa, tempat pun strategik, tuktuk pun senang dapat, tapi iron tak disediakan. Management cakap hanya perkhidmatan iron berbayar sahaja yg disediakan. Too bad! Need to upgrade your service. And the receptionist also, sombong gila.

All satisfied, near lee garden plaza.

No warm water for shower, requested for AC adapter, but was ask to purchase because they run out of stock

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Efficient housekeeping service and friendly front desk staff. Friendly car park security person. Overall experience was awesome.

Staff always remember me..i love that
