服務不錯但是空調設備老舊吵雜

接待職員非常有善親切(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)。餐飲 早餐和晚餐的食物味道和擺盤都非常出色。菜品多到吃得非常飽。 - 位置 靠近商店街很好，但旁邊是馬路，雖然晚上車聲不大，但還是聽得到。因為是在旅行中，所以躺下來忙著睡覺，並不至於影響我的睡眠。 - 溫泉 規模雖小，但基本上房間不多，所以和其他客人一起使用的時候最多也就兩三個人。非常乾淨，水質也很好。這裡讓我意識到水可以好喝。房間和溫泉使用的是POLA品牌的用品，真不錯，但因為不是出售的有點遺憾。 - 結構 用餐或去大浴場時需要移動到旁邊的建築，雖然有點麻煩，但我覺得年輕人不會有問題。不過年長者可能會覺得找路有點困難，而五樓的大浴場需要爬樓梯，可能會覺得辛苦。

環境舒適，服務及早餐晚餐均很好，唯一不好的是希望能清潔和室及睡房內冷氣機，因為冷氣機有塵埃不時掉下，謝謝

房間很大，但廁所燈光比較昏暗

Very excited, warm welcome well prepared. When we drove car missed the entrance, they already know we are hotel guests. When we turn back, everything is ready for us. My name already show on welcome board. Packing, luggage, check-in, introduction, and guide us into the room. Dining also good taste, rich and good service. Breakfast also good. Perfect experience, very enjoyable stay.

Meals are good, staff are friendly, everything are nice. but i have to say only the street light outside my room makes a downgrade of the city’s night view.

早餐晚餐很好吃，房間內的溫泉很舒服。大浴場有點舊。

房間乾淨舒服，服務細緻，安排懂國語服務人員接待，解釋酒店設施及使用清晰，在專房用膳，使人可放鬆用膳，而早晚豐富美味，晚餐附送一杯梅酒很美味，房間帶有私人温泉，只浴缸略小。

A clean and nice hotel. A bit far from the train station but you can contact the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus service.

We stayed in the new building, In which the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The original building is old. The public bathes are poorly maintained and old. Not all the staff is friendly. Ex. The drivers and the waitress at the private restaurant are not friendly at all and looked like they just wanted to get it over with. The room itself is worth of the money, not the rest of the service.

The super friendly staff and the comfy in-room environment would make you feel like staying there forever. Most staff could speak competent English and a few of them are mandarin or Cantonese speaking. It is essential to confirm with the hotel on the pick up services in case you’re travelling with JR. Worth to stop over a night or two at Gero if you are on your way from/to Takayama.

We stayed in a twin bedroom for a night. The service of the hotel is good. The female bathrobe has much selection and beautiful. The food is excellent. The hot spring in the room is good but the size of the bathtub (hot spring) is not bigger enough. The public hot spring is not so nice.

職員十分友善，入住時女士可選擇自己喜歡的浴衣，晚上更可以穿上浴衣和木鞋外出走走。晚餐和早餐非常有水準和豐富。房間私人溫泉非常正，房間好新。只是酒店近馬路晚上聽到車聲，但仍可以接受。有車位。

除私人風呂有點細少外，整體都十分滿意
