The hotel feels like home, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here.

原本是很早就在水上伯顿订了一家民宿，没想到临行前邮件询问才知道退房后无法寄存行李，所以只好取消，临时现找别的酒店选择已经不多。。这家条件很好，位置很好，就是价格也很贵。。就当偶尔享受一下咯，酒店本身建筑老房子以及花园就是一景，4柱床的房间也很英式，连窗框都是石头的。。总是各种美~ 卫生间有大浴缸，没有淋浴。酒店工作人员很热情服务也很好，餐厅提供的早餐也不错。

The Dial house is great ! Very clean and comfortable with great staff and food. It’s located centrally to the little town. The model village and motor museum are very close too. We had a lovely one night stay.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so lovely, the location was perfect and the rooms were so unique (we stayed in Oscar). The only issues we had was that it was pretty loud from about 7am with bin men. Nothing can be done about that, but a heads up would have been nice as we were looking forward to a lay in after a busy day. We also found some old contact lens wrappers in the bathroom and weirdly old blood on the shower wall. Was slightly disappointed but nonetheless had a great stay.

A lovely well maintained hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. When I arrived home I realised I had left my watch in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they posted it that day and it arrived at my home the next morning. Very impressed with the efficiency and honesty of the staff.

Delicious breakfast and helpful staff

We didn’t eat at the hotel, so we cannot review that. But the convenience of the hotel was fantastic for our short stay. The parking on site was excellent, but do not forget to register. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in one of the coach houses and it is in need of redecoration. A minor point in our fantastic stay.

Amazing breakfast for an extra fee but so worth it. Location and hospitality is top notch.

Didn’t have breakfast as on “room only rate “ because of disability and always mid morning before ready to leave room except in certain circumstances.

There was no tooth brush or toothpaste in the room, room in the loft too small for a 6ft man height wise. Apart from that everything was good, location perfect, friendly staff.

Nice place to stay but it was cold outside and the rooms were cold despite radiators. They need to put spare blankets in each room. Located right in the middle of the village which was excellent. Very narrow entrance for car parking at rear of hotel

Great friendly hotel right in the heart of the village in walking distance to everything of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious with a welcome gift and free toiletries. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection to choose from. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay

Everything was great but it would have been good to know that they are cashless business. I feel very strongly that there should always be a choice so wouldn't return unless this changes.

The staff were so friendly, room was spotless and beautiful, and food was absolutely outstanding. Location was spot on too. Loved it!

We stayed in a family room at the Dial in late January 2026. We found the room plenty big enough for us (a couple + one adult). The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularity nice with a large soaking tub. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We reserved the breakfast rate, and the breakfast was excellent. We would stay again.

The staff at the Dialhouse are over & above - friendly and efficient. Our room was gorgeous- it’s all full of character. We ate in the dining room and the food was delicious- I have allergies and they sorted me out beautifully. Over and above

The staff were polite and professional and the rooms were great. Fantastic location right on the high street. Will definitely go again.
