这公寓太阴森了。整晚睡不着，因为推拉门没锁，担心安全问题！门锁坏了，居然都没修！

员工非常友好，因为我是信誉客户，所以无需再支付押金。

门把手坏了，浴室门烂了，水壶生锈了，海景很美

Another fraudulent advertisement on Traveloka (advertised as having WiFi in public areas). This is false. There is NO WiFi at all within the complex, none. Either the hotel or Traveloka knowingly and misleadingly advertised WiFi as being available here. That said it's old and slightly run down ( but quite comfortable) with some ant infestation. Some good sea views from the balcony. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and will go right out of their way to help) so that does help their rating somewhat. A good bargain place for a very short stopover, if you can live without the WiFi.

Me and my family of 6 stayed here for 5 days 4 nights, Location and view are great but the apartment is run down. 1) Water heater is not working in the masterbedroom. 2) Electric stove not working. 3) Kettle not working. 4) Blanket was dirty, old and unwashed, very hard. 5) plastics plates was breaking. 6) plastic cups/glass was breaking. The front counter lady is friendly. This will be my last staying in this place mainly because facilities are not up standard for family holiday. The only good thing are the location.

Dari hari datang sampai sekarang lift rosak, bilik aras dua, nak gak laut aras 5, so kalau g laut kene naik 7 tingkat dengan tangga, tak sanggup

10 tahun pergi, semua ok. But this time, very disappointed! Bilik kotor sangat! Aircond rosak, TV tak function, fridge kotor, dinding kotor, cadar and selimut rasa tak selesa nak baring hm. Lantai pul terpaksa kena mop sendiri sebab sangat kesat. I don’t think this is the good option to choose when stay at Port Dickson. Better improve dari segi kebersihan bilik and everything will be ok. One thing for sure, the view is awesome 👍🏻. Also, jangan harap boleh mandi swimming pool. Bayar RM 20 per/person sebab kongsi dengan hotel sebelah. Anyway, thank you.

When we checked in, we noticed that the apartment was humid. The sofa and the common areas such as hall and kitchen had ants. Couldn't sit on the sofa for long as the ants kept coming and biting even though we dusted the sofa. The bathroom water pressure was unbelievably low. The heater kept making noise. The toilet couldn't flush properly as even when we did used it the pressure was not enough to flush down the waste as it kept floating. 😓 overall it was disappointing staying at the apartment again. Was nothing like the first time we stayed in March 2022.

Paradise lagoon 3star boleh jadi 5star jika owner membuat hiasan dengan cantik sangat sesuai untuk percutian sesisi keluarga saya mula menginap bercuti d sini sejak tahun 2014 lagi. Untuk kali nie saya nak komplain berkenaan kebersihan bilik tidak disapu dengan bersih dapur pula berbau busuk, kami 1 family mengemas dahulu sebelum tido. Almari dalam bilik berkunci, saya harap diperbaiki semula untuk masa akan datang supaya bisnes industry ini berterusan jika bilik cantik pelanggan akan datang sekali lagi untuk terus menginap.

Rubbish not collected. No soap. No towel. The first service spt that I encounter that don't offer bath towel.

Pengalaman mengerikan, luar bilik sampah penuh mcm damping, air perlahan, barang2 eletrik amat bahaya bg yang bawa anak2, penyambut tetamu mcm pokok kayu mati.

Bilik oke, cuma cadar kotor, banyak sampai, singki tersumbat, TV xleh tengok.

hotel ini berada dilokasi terbaik tetapi kurang memuaskan dengan perkhidmatan yang disediakan . dapat bilik atas seperti yang dikehendaki tetapi bilik tidak diselenggara dengan baik, button lif untuk ke atas tiada, jadi terpaksa tekan turun untuk masuk ke dalam lif, siaran tv tiada, dan bilik tidak berapa kemas dan bersih

A good apartment. I like all the facilities.

Pros: Spacious unit with an amazing sea view. Those are the 2 things we liked. I had booked a 2 room apartment & it's perfect for 4 of us family members. Cons : The facilities were disappointing. They should refurbish those units they rent out to guests because they are very old. My bed was so bed & old it squeaked & slopped when we lie on it. The air conditioning was not working. Not to mention the dust & flies ! It's like they had infested so much outside the apartment maybe because of unmanaged rubbish & dumps. Once you have some food in your unit so many of them will fly in uninvited making the stay so unpleasant. And some more the management wanted to charge double to 360+ when I asked for extension the next day! It don't deserve that at all ! You have to fix & improve before you want to charge customers 😒
